Կառավարությունը 600 մլն դրամ կտրամադրի «Հրազդան» մարզադաշտի վերանորոգման համար

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը 600 միլիոն դրամ կտրամադրի «Հրազդան» մարզադաշտի վազքուղու և անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքների վերակառուցման ու վերանորոգման համար։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ որոշումն ընդունվել է Կառավարության սեպտեմբերի 24-ի նիստում՝ չզեկուցվող հարցերի շրջանակում։

Աշխատանքներն իրականացվելու են 2027 թվականին Հայաստանում կայանալիք Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի խաղերին ընդառաջ։ Գնման պահանջը համարվել է անհետաձգելի, իսկ գործընթացը կկազմակերպվի «Հրատապ մեկ անձից» ընթացակարգով։ Պայմանագիրը կկնքվի «Ջի ԹԻ ԷՍ Քնսթրաքշն» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ, որը ներկայում իրականացնում է Արթուր Աբրահամի անվան մարզական համալիրի շինարարությունը։

Հիմնավորման համաձայն՝ կապալառուի հետ կնքվելիք պայմանագրում չեն ներառվի վազքուղու ռետինե ծածկի և դրա տեղադրման համար անհրաժեշտ ասֆալտե կամ բետոնե ստորին շերտերի աշխատանքները։ Դրանք կիրականացվեն այլ կազմակերպության կողմից՝ առանձին գնման ընթացակարգով։ Նշվում է, որ այդ աշխատանքների համար կարող է անհրաժեշտ լինել արտասահմանյան արտադրողների, մատակարարների և մասնագիտացված կազմակերպությունների ներգրավում։

Կապալառուից կպահանջվի ներկայացնել պայմանագրի և որակավորման ապահովումներ՝ յուրաքանչյուրն ընդհանուր պայմանագրային արժեքի 5 տոկոսի չափով։

«Հրազդան» մարզադաշտի տեխնիկական վիճակի ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ միջոցառումների ժամանակ մարզադաշտում կարող է տեղավորվել շուրջ 21 հազար 566 հանդիսատես։ Հարավային և հյուսիսային տրիբունաները թույլատրվում է օգտագործել նստատեղերի 50 տոկոսով, արևմտյան տրիբունան՝ ամբողջությամբ, իսկ արևելյան տրիբունայում՝ միայն առաջին 11 շարքերը։ Յարուսներում հանդիսատեսի տեղավորումը բացառվում է։

Քանի որ պետական միջոցները ներդրվելու են մասնավոր սեփականություն հանդիսացող ենթակառուցվածքի բարելավման համար, ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը երեք ամսվա ընթացքում պետք է Կառավարություն ներկայացնի մարզադաշտը պետական ծրագրերի համար առաջիկա 20 տարում օգտագործելու պայմանները սահմանող նախագիծ։ Մարզադաշտը նախատեսվում է օգտագործել նաև Հայաստանի առաջնությունների, միջազգային մրցաշարերի, համերգների և «Աթլետիկայի օլիմպիական մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոցի» մարզումների անցկացման համար։

Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի խաղերը Հայաստանում կանցկացվեն 2027 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ից օգոստոսի 1-ը։
