«Արարատցեմենտի» սեփականաշնորհման մասին շրջանառվող տեղեկությունները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը. Տոնոյան

«Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանի սեփականաշնորհման վերաբերյալ պարբերաբար շրջանառվող տեղեկությունները, թե գործարանը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կամ նրա հետ փոխկապակցված կազմակերպությունները սեփականաշնորհել են ընդամենը 200 հազար դոլարով, չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդի մամուլի խոսնակ Իվետա Տոնոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով գործարանի սեփականաշնորհման վերաբերյալ շրջանառվող տեղեկություններին։

«Ուզում եմ շատ կարճ անդրադառնալ կոնկրետ «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանի հետ կապված այդ տեղեկատվական մանիպուլյացիոն ինֆոտեռորին, երբ պարբերաբար շրջանառության մեջ է դրվում այն թեզը, թե «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կամ նրա հետ փոխկապակցված կազմակերպությունները սեփականաշնորհել են ընդամենը 200 հազար դոլարով, և անընդհատ այս միտքը գեներացվում է՝ տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե շատ մատչելի գնով և կոպեկներով է սեփականաշնորհվել այդ գործընթացը», - ասել է Տոնոյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ իրականում գործարանի բաժնեմասերը ձեռք են բերվել այդ գնով, սակայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ստանձնել էր նաև գործարանի առկա պարտավորությունների մարման պատասխանատվությունը։

«Կոնկրետ «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանը, որի բաժնեմասերը, այո, ձեռք են բերվել այդ գնով, սակայն կոնկրետ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ունեցել է պարտավորություն տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարների պարտքեր մարելու, որոնցից, մասնավորապես, միայն  գազի պարտքը կազմել է շուրջ 7 միլիոն դոլար, որը վճարվել է, և այս տարիների ընթացքում տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարների ներդրումներ են կատարվել, բարեկարգվել է գործարանը և ավելի քան 1000 աշխատատեղ է մշտապես ունեցել», - նշել է նա։

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման համաձայն՝ մասնավորեցման գործընթացի շրջանակում սահմանված էին նաև հետևյալ պարտավորությունները.

«Հայռուսգազարդի» պարտքը՝ 6 մլն 866 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար։

Սույն պարտքի վճարմամբ տեղի են ունեցել հետևյալ շղթայական գործարքները՝ «ՀՌԳ»-ի պարտքից ազատվել է Հրազդանի ՋԷԿ-ը, ՋԷԿ-ը՝ «Հայէներգո»-ին, «Հայէներգո»-ն՝ «ՀԷՑ»-ին, «ՀԷՑ»-ը՝ Երևանի «Ջրմուղ-կոյուղի» ընկերությանը, վերջինս էլ՝ բյուջետային հիմնարկներին՝ ազատելով նրանց պարտքերից (որոշման 7-րդ կետ)։

Բացի նշվածից, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր միջոցներով վճարել է «Արարատցեմենտ» ՓԲԸ-ի այդ պահին առկա՝ անկախ աուդիտորական եզրակացությամբ ամրագրված ընթացիկ պարտքերը՝ 900 մլն դրամի չափով, որից աշխատավարձի գծով պարտքը կազմել է 200 մլն դրամ։
