Հրապարակվել է ԵԽԽՎ զեկույցը Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ:

ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Հայկ Կոնջորյանը թեմայի առնչությամբ Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է,

«Զեկույցում, ի թիվս այլ արձանագրումների, նշվում է, որ 2026 թվականի հունիսի 7-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները բազմազան էին և լավ կազմակերպված: Ընտրողներին տրված էր իրական ընտրություն քաղաքական այլընտրանքների միջև: Դիտարկված ընտրատեղամասերի ճնշող մեծամասնությունում ընտրության օրվա ընթացքը գնահատվել է չափազանց դրական։

Զեկույցում արձանագրվում է, որ ընտրություններն անցկացվել են աշխարհաքաղաքական չափազանց կարևոր վերադասավորումների պայմաններում:
Ընտրություններն ուղեկցված էին Հայաստանի հանդեպ արտաքին միջամտությամբ, որի մասշտաբները դիտորդները բնորոշել են որպես «աննախադեպ և մտահոգիչ»։
Զեկույցը շեշտում է Հայաստանի հանդեպ կիրառված տնտեսական պատժամիջոցները և դիվանագիտական ​​կոշտ հռետորաբանությունը՝ ընտրությունների արդյունքներն ուղղորդելու դեպի ընդդիմադիր կամ հակակառավարական կուսակցություններ։
 
Համաձայն ԵԽԽՎ դիտորդական առաքելության` ընտրությունների օրն անցել է լավ կազմակերպված և հանգիստ մթնոլորտում:
 
Դիտարկված ընտրական տեղամասերի ճնշող մեծամասնությունում ընտրական գործընթացն արժանացել է դրական գնահատականի այդ թվում կանանց լավ ներկայացվածությամբ ընտրական տեղամասային հանձնաժողովների կազմում:
 
Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում արտերկրից դիտարկվել են առևտրային սահմանափակումների և անվտանգության սպառնալիքների ուղղակի ճնշումներ, որոնց նպատակը, ըստ զեկույցի, ազդելն էր ընտրողների վրա` ընդդիմադիր ուժերի օգտին:
 
Օտարերկրյա միջամտությունն ու արտաքին տեղեկատվական գործողությունները հասել էին աննախադեպ մասշտաբների՝ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի անդամ պետությունում:
 
Ըստ զեկույցի, ընտրությունների արդյունքները վկայում են, որ հասարակությունը դրսևորել է իր ժողովրդավարական կայունությունը՝ չնայած աննախադեպ մասշտաբի արտաքին ճնշումներին և արձանագրված թերություններին։
 
ԵԽԽՎ զեկույցը արձանագրում է` նորընտիր իշխանությունները ժողովրդի կողմից ստացել են հստակ մանդատ, որը պետք է այժմ պատվով իրագործեն»
