ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ՝ Արամ Ասրյանը հոկտեմբերի 1-ից նշանակվել է վարչապետի օգնական։

Արամ Ասրյանը սովորել է Մոսկվայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտում, Գիլդֆորդի Իրավաբանության քոլեջում և Իրավագիտություն ու ֆինանսների մագիստրոսի աստիճան (MSc) ստացել Օքսֆորդի համալսարանում:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հունիսի 15-ին աշխարհի առաջատար համալսարանների շրջանավարտներին հրավիրել էր իրենց գիտելիքն ու մասնագիտական փորձը ծառայեցնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառավարման համակարգին։ Արամ Ասրյանը մեկն է այն 1141 հայտատուներից, որոնք Վարչապետի կոչով դիմել էին և հարցազրույցների ու մասնագիտական գնահատման արդյունքում ընդգրկվել Կառավարության կադրային բանկում:
