Ի՞նչ վտանգ կա 2026 թվականի աշնանը ի հայտ եկող նոր շտամում

2026 թվականի աշնանը գրիպի սեզոնը Ճապոնիայում սկսել է անսովոր վաղ, և մասնագետների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է նաև B տեսակի գրիպի վիրուսը։ «Տոկիոյի B գրիպ» անվանումը շրջանառվում է նոր շտամի մասին հրապարակումներում, սակայն մասնագետների տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ խոսքը մեկ ամբողջովին նոր վիրուսի, այլ ոչ թե նոր հիվանդության մասին չէ։
Ճապոնիայի առողջապահական մարմինների տվյալներով՝ 2026-2027 սեզոնի համար արդեն արձանագրվել է գրիպի տարածում Տոկիոյում, իսկ սեզոնը պաշտոնապես սկսվել է օգոստոսի վերջին։ Սեպտեմբերին դեպքերի թիվը շարունակել է աճել։
Հատկապես ուշագրավ է B տեսակի՝ Victoria գծի վիրուսների գենետիկ փոփոխությունը։ Ճապոնիայի հետազոտողները նշում են, որ վերջին տարիներին B վիրուսը ենթարկվում է զգալի գենետիկ և հակագենային փոփոխությունների։ Որոշ շրջանառվող տարբերակներ տարբերվում են նախկին պատվաստանյութային շտամներից, ինչը կարող է ազդել պատվաստանյութի և շրջանառվող վիրուսի համապատասխանության վրա։
2026-2027 թվականների Հյուսիսային կիսագնդի պատվաստանյութում B/Victoria բաղադրիչի համար ընտրվել է B/Tokyo/EIS13-175/2025 շտամը։ Այսինքն՝ «Տոկիոյի B» անվանումը կապ ունի նաև հենց այս շտամի հետ, սակայն այն չպետք է ներկայացնել որպես առանձին կամ բոլորովին նոր «սուպերվիրուս»։
Ի՞նչ վտանգ է այն ներկայացնում
B տեսակի գրիպը կարող է առաջացնել սովորական գրիպին բնորոշ բարձր ջերմություն, գլխացավ, մկանային ցավեր, ուժեղ թուլություն, հազ և կոկորդի ցավ։ Որոշ դեպքերում, հատկապես երեխաների, տարեցների և քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ, կարող են զարգանալ բարդություններ՝ ներառյալ թոքաբորբ։
Այս պահին չկա հիմք պնդելու, որ «Տոկիոյի B» տարբերակն անպայման ավելի ծանր հիվանդություն է առաջացնում, քան գրիպի մյուս շրջանառվող տեսակները։ Գլխավոր մտահոգությունը վիրուսի շարունակական փոփոխությունն է և այն, թե որքան լավ կհամապատասխանի պատվաստանյութային պաշտպանությունը շրջանառվող շտամներին։
Past.am-ի ուսումնասիրած տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2026 թվականի աշնանը Ճապոնիայում իրավիճակը հատկապես ուշագրավ է այն պատճառով, որ գրիպի տարածումը սկսվել է սովորականից շատ ավելի վաղ։ Ճապոնիայի առողջապահության նախարարությունը նշում է, որ 2026 թվականին գրիպի սեզոնը սկսել է օգոստոսի 28-ին՝ 1999 թվականից ի վեր ամենավաղ մեկնարկներից մեկը։
Միաժամանակ, Past.am-ը հորդորում է «նոր շտամ» ձևակերպումը չընկալել որպես նոր համավարակի կամ անպայման վտանգավոր մուտացիայի մասին հայտարարություն։ Առկա տվյալները խոսում են հիմնականում սեզոնային գրիպի B տեսակի վիրուսի գենետիկ փոփոխությունների և վաղ տարածման մասին։
Եթե ի հայտ են գալիս բարձր ջերմություն, շնչառության դժվարություն, կրծքավանդակի ցավ, արտահայտված թուլություն կամ վիճակի արագ վատացում, հատկապես ռիսկային խմբերում, անհրաժեշտ է դիմել բժշկի։
