Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդաձորի միջնակարգ դպրոցում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածված տեղեկատվության, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի գրության հիման վրա՝ ՀՀ կրթության տեսչական մարմինն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում անմիջապես ձեռնարկել է համապատասխան քայլեր։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է տեսչական մարմինը:

 

«Խնդիրը բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և ամբողջական ուսումնասիրելու, ինչպես նաև տվյալ ուսումնական հաստատության և դասարանի բոլոր սովորողների լավագույն շահերն ու իրավունքները պաշտպանելու նպատակով՝ Տեսչական մարմնի կողմից նախաձեռնվել է վարչական վարույթ։

 

Իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ Տեսչական մարմնի անմիջական ուշադրության կենտրոնում, և վերահսկողական գործառույթների շրջանակում ձեռնարկվում են օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր միջոցները՝ հաստատությունում անվտանգ, ապահով և կրթական չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան միջավայրի պահպանումն ապահովելու համար»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ համացանցում տեսանյութ էր տարածվել, որում երևում էր, թե ինչպես է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի միջնակարգ դպրոցում ուսուցչուհին բռնություն կիրառել 2-րդ դասարանի աշակերտուհու նկատմամբ։

 

Տարածված տեսանյութի վերաբերյալ ստացված հաղորդման հիման վրա նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ։

 

Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի՝ վարույթը նախաձեռնվել էր անչափահասի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելու հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։ Բռնություն կիրառած ուսուցչուհու վերաբերյալ կայացվել էր ձերբակալման որոշում:

 

Ավելի վաղ Auroranews.am-ին ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից հայտնել էին, որ դպրոցի տնօրենին հանձնարարվել է համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկել և արդյունքների մասին տեղեկացնել նախարարությանը։

 

Հիշեցնենք՝ ավելի վաղ SHAMSHYAN.com-ը հայտնել էր, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի միջնակարգ դպրոցի 2-րդ դասարանի աշակերտուհու հարազատների պնդմամբ՝ ուսուցչուհին դասարանում ֆիզիկական բռնության էր ենթարկել երեխային։
