Լատվիայի ԱԳՆ-ն ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների մեղմացումը հակասական ազդանշան է անվանել

Ռուսական դիզելային վառելիքի ծավալը, որի մատակարարումների մասին պայմանավորվել են ԱՄՆ և Ռուսաստանի նախագահներ Դոնալդ Թրամփը և Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, էական նշանակություն չունի։ Սակայն պատժամիջոցների մեղմացման փաստն իսկ հակասական ազդանշան է հղում Մոսկվային և միջազգային հանրությանը, փոխանցել է LETA-ն՝ հղում կատարելով Լատվիայի ԱԳՆ հայտարարությանը։

Լատվիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունում ընդգծել են, որ Լատվիայի և Եվրամիության դիրքորոշումը մնում է անփոփոխ․ Ուկրաինային համապարփակ աջակցությունը և Ռուսաստանի վրա ճնշման ուժեղացումը ամենաարդյունավետ ճանապարհն են կայուն և արդար խաղաղության հասնելու համար։

Լատվիայի ԱԳՆ գնահատմամբ՝ պատժամիջոցները սահմանափակում են ագրեսիան Ուկրաինայի դեմ շարունակելու Ռուսաստանի հնարավորությունները։ Գերատեսչությունը նաև հիշեցրել է, որ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին տեղի կունենա ԵՄ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների նիստը, որի ընթացքում նախատեսվում է հաստատել լրացուցիչ պատժամիջոցներ Մոսկվայի դեմ։

Լատվիան շարունակում է աջակցել Ուկրաինայի, ԱՄՆ և եվրոպական երկրների ջանքերին՝ կայուն կարգավորման հասնելու ուղղությամբ։ Ռիգան Վաշինգտոնին կոչ է արել ուժեղացնել Ռուսաստանի պատժամիջոցային ճնշումը և դրական է գնահատել ռուսական վճարային հարթակների ամերիկյան սահմանափակումները, որոնք օգտագործվել էին ավելի վաղ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելու համար։

Հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ Պուտինի հետ պայմանավորվել է ռուսական դիզելային վառելիքի մատակարարումների մասին ԱՄՆ և այլ երկրների շուկաներ։ Ամերիկայի նախագահի խոսքով՝ այդ մատակարարումները պետք է օգնեն զսպել էներգակիրների գների աճը Իրանի հետ պատերազմի ֆոնին։

Թրամփը պնդել է, որ Ռուսաստանն անմիջապես ամերիկյան և միջազգային շուկաներ կուղարկի ավելի քան 300 հազար տոննա դիզելային վառելիք, իսկ նոյեմբերին կմատակարարի ևս 500 հազար տոննա։ Նրա խոսքով՝ դրանից հետո նախատեսվում է լրացուցիչ 1 մլն տոննա մատակարարում։

ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը ժամանակավոր թույլտվություն է տրամադրել ռուսական դիզելային վառելիքի մատակարարումների համար համաշխարհային շուկաներ, որը գործելու է մինչև 2027 թվականի ապրիլ։

Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին քննադատել է Թրամփի որոշումը՝ այն անվանելով «անարժան» և «թույլ»։ Զելենսկու կարծիքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ում վառելիքի դեֆիցիտը նվազեցնելու համար ռուսական նավթամթերքների ընդունմանը համաձայնելը սխալ քայլ է։
