«Եթե չդիմադրեի, ողջ չէինք մնա». Անի Ավետիսյանը «Ազատությանը» մանրամասներ է պատմել Շաքիի միջադեպից:

39-ամյա կինը, ով այժմ բուժում է ստանում երևանյան հիվանդանոցներից մեկում, ասում է՝ հասել է տուն ու տեսել է զենքը երեխաների վրա պահած տղամարդուն: Հիշում է, որ ադրբեջանցին երեք կրակոց է արձակել: Առաջինը վրիպել է, երկրորդ անգամ, երբ փորձել է կրակել որդու ուղղությամբ, հենց այդ ժամանակ ինքը ձեռքով պահել է ինքնաձիը: Այս կրակոցի հետևանքով Անին կորցրել է ձախ ձեռքի բութ մատը, իսկ մյուս մատները լրջորեն վնասվել են:

Այս ամենից հետո ձեռքից վիրավոր Անին սկսել է դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել ադրբեջանցի զինվորին: Ասում է՝ եթե ինքը կռվի չբռնվեր զինվորի հետ, հնարավոր է և՛ ինքը, և՛ երեխաները սպանված լինեին: Երրորդ կրակոցն արդեն դիպել է կնոջ ոտքին:

«Ձայն չի հանել». կինը չի հասկացել, թե ում հետ գործ ունի:

Ավետիսյանն, ի դեպ, ասում է՝ չի էլ հասկացել, որ իր տուն ներխուժած անձը ադրբեջանցի է, նա ողջ մենամարտի ընթացքում ձայն չի հանել:

Ծանր վնասվածքներ ստացած կինը զայրացած է, որ իրավապահները տեղի բնակիչներին չեն զգուշացրել, որ Սյունիքում սահմանը հատած ադրբեջանցի զինվորի են փնտրում:

Ըստ ԱԱԾ-ի՝ զորամասը լքած և ենթադրաբար Հայաստան անցած զինվորի մասին Բաքուն հայկական կողմին հայտնել է սեպտեմբերի 29-ին: Նասիմի Մուսաևը վնասազերծվել է հոկտեմբերի 1-ին՝ Բաքվի զգուշացումից երկու օր անց:

«Եթե զգուշացրած լինեին, երեխաներին դպրոց չի ուղարկի, Շաքիում չէինք մնա»,- ասել է կինը, որին ևս երեք վիրահատություն է սպասվում:

Ավետիսյանը նաև դժգոհում է, որ ոստիկանները, չնայած ահազանգին, իրենից ուշ են հասել դեպքի վայր: Կնոջ խոսքով՝ Սիսիանի ոստիկանության բաժանմունքը ավելի մոտ է Շաքիին, քան այն հյուրանոցը, որտեղից ինքը հասել է իր տուն:

«Եթե իրենք ամսի 29-ից տեղյակ են եղել, որ ադրբեջանցի է եկել, ո՞նց կարող էին ահազանգով միանգամից վազելով չգալ»,- հարցրել է Ավետիսյանը:

Ավելի վաղ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը «սովորական կրիմինալ միջադեպ» էր անվանել Շաքիում տեղի ունեցածը և մեղադրել, որ Ավետիսյանը չի սպասել ոստիկանությանը:

«Հասկանում եմ, որ մայրական բնազդը ուժեղ է, բայց երբ ոստիկանություն են զանգում, պետք է սպասել ոստիկանության գործողություններին»,- անցած շաբաթ Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարել էր վարչապետը:

Ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողը կալանավորված է, մեղադրվում է սահմանը ապօրինի հատելու, զենքի մաքսանենգության, զենքի գործադրմամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս հասցնելու, հրազենի ապօրինի շրջանառության և բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը խախտելու հոդվածներով:
