Կառավարությունը լրացուցիչ 2,35 մլրդ դրամ է հատկացրել գիտության ոլորտին

Կառավարությունը լրացուցիչ  2,35 մլրդ դրամ կհատկացնի  գիտության ոլորտին, որն պետք է ուղղվի երկու հիմնական նպատակներով՝ գիտական սարքավորումների ձեռքբերում, գիտական դրամաշնորհային հետազոտությունների իրականացում: Այս մասին հայտնում են Կառավարությունից։

Ինչպես նշել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը, այս երկու ուղղությունները գիտության ոլորտում ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություններ են, և, մասնավորապես՝ 2021-ից սկսած՝ էական ներդրումներ են արվել գիտական սարքավորումների ձեռքբերման ուղղությամբ:

«Արդեն իսկ տասնյակ միլիարդ դրամներ հատկացրել ենք այս նպատակին, որն օգնել է, որ մեր գիտական ինստիտուտներում և բուհերում ձևավորվեն լաբորատորիաներ, որտեղ հնարավոր է իրականացնել նորագույն ամենաարդիական հետազոտությունները, և նույնիսկ այն հետազոտությունները, որոնց համար նախկինում կարիք էր լինում դիմելու արտերկրի լաբորատորիաներին, այսօր այդ աշխատանքները կարողանում ենք իրականացնել Հայաստանում:

Այս տարի այս միջոցառման համար բյուջեով նախատեսվել էր 2,25 մլրդ դրամ, միևնույն ժամանակ մենք 2026 թ.-ի բյուջեի կազմման պահին պլանավորել էինք մի ծավալ, որը նախատեսել էինք որպես առաջնահերթություն, և մեր պայմանավորվածությունն էր, որ այդ հարցերին կանդրադառնանք մրցույթների իրականացումից հետո՝ անհրաժեշտ միջոցները հատկացնելով: Ելնելով այս տրամաբանությունից՝ այժմ 12 գիտական կենտրոնների 21 սարքավորումներով վերազինման նպատակով առաջարկում ենք հատկացնել ևս 1,5 մլրդ դրամի չափով գումար, որը հնարավորություն կտա, որպեսզի մեր բուհերի և գիտական ինստիտուտների կարողություններն էլ ավելի զարգանան»,- ասել է նախարարը։

Ընդունված որոշման արդյունքում կավելանան նաև գիտական դրամաշնորհների հատկացումները։ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի խոսքով՝ գիտության ոլորտի ցուցանիշները հիմք են տալիս ակնկալելու, որ այս ջանքերի շարունակականությունն ապահովելու է այն արդյունքները, որոնք ամրագրված են ինչպես Կառավարության ծրագրով, այնպես էլ գիտության զարգացման ռազմավարությամբ։

 Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է ընդունված որոշումը և ընդգծել՝  2018 թվականից  եռապատկվել է գիտության ֆինանսավորումը։
