35 տարվա վստահություն․ IDBank-ը տոնում է հաճախորդների հետ
SOCIETYIDBank-ը շարունակում է հիմնադրման 35-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումների շարքը՝ այս անգամ նշելով այն իր հաճախորդների հետ։ Բանկի բոլոր մասնաճյուղերը տոնական տրամադրությամբ, անակնկալներով ու նվերներով ողջ օրը սպասարկում էին հաճախորդներին։ Հերթական գործարքի համար մասնաճյուղեր այցելած հաճախորդները հնարավորություն ունեին շահելու թեմատիկ նվերներից որևէ մեկը՝ պտտելով հաջողության անիվը։
Իր 35-ամյա պատմության ընթացքում IDBank-ը միշտ իր գործունեության կենտրոնում է պահել հաճախորդին։
«Տարիների ընթացքում փոխվել են ծառայությունները, զարգացել են տեխնոլոգիաները, բայց անփոփոխ է մնացել մեր նպատակը՝ լինել հաճախորդների կողքին, հասկանալ նրանց կարիքներն ու առաջարկել ժամանակակից և հարմարավետ բանկային լուծումներ։ Շնորհակալ ենք մեր հաճախորդներին՝ տարիների վստահության և IDBank-ն ընտրելու համար։ Այդ վստահությունն է մեզ ոգեշնչում շարունակել զարգանալ, նոր լուծումներ առաջարկել և ամեն օր ավելի լավը դառնալ մեր հաճախորդների համար», - ասաց IDBank-ի Մանրածախ բիզնեսի գծով տնօրեն Տիգրան Այվազյանը։
Բանկի «Բաղրամյան» մասնաճյուղում հաճախորդներին կրկնակի անակնկալ էր սպասվում։ Բացի տոնական նվերներից, նրանք հնարավորություն ունեին շահելու Արա Թադևոսյանի «Բաղրամյանով վերև-ներքև» գիրքը հենց հեղինակի կողմից՝ նրա մակագրությամբ։
«IDBank-ի հետ մենք շատ երկար ենք համագործակցում՝ ամենատարբեր նախաձեռնությունների շրջանակում։ Երբ մեկ ամիս առաջ լույս տեսավ իմ գիրքը, մեզ մոտ միտք առաջացավ Բանկի Բաղրամյան պողոտայի մասնաճյուղում, որը, երևի թե, Հայաստանի ամենահին բանկային մասնաճյուղերից մեկն է, այսպիսի անակնկալ մատուցել հաճախորդներին IDBank-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ։ Գրքում ներկայացրել եմ Բաղրամյանի հետ կապված իմ հիշողությունները և պատմությունները, որոնք գուցե հոգեհարազատ լինեն այս տարածքում բնակվող հաճախորդներին», - ասաց «Բաղրամյանով վերև-ներքև» գրքի հեղինակ Արա Թադևոսյանը։
