Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին փորձում է Եվրամիության առաջնորդների ուշադրությունը Բրյուսելի գագաթնաժողովում պահել ուկրաինական թեմատիկայի վրա, սակայն էներգակիրների գների հետ կապված աճող մտահոգությունները և եվրոպական բյուջեի շուրջ տարաձայնությունները կարող են այն մղել երկրորդ պլան։ Այս մասին գրում է Politico պարբերականը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Բացի այդ, աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, եվրոպացի որոշ առաջնորդների դուր չի գալիս, թե ինչպես է Զելենսկին հարաբերություններ կառուցում ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ։ Ամերիկացի առաջնորդի հասցեին նրա հրապարակային հարձակումները նրանք անօգուտ են անվանում, հայտնել է եվրոպացի դիվանագետներից մեկը։
Գագաթնաժողովի առաջին օրվա արդյունքներով Եվրահանձնաժողովի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի ղեկավարները չեղարկել են իրենց մամուլի ասուլիսը, իսկ ԵՄ առաջատար պետությունների ղեկավարները՝ երեկոյան նախատեսված ազգային ճեպազրույցները։
Ավելի վաղ Եվրահանձնաժողովը (ԵՀ) հայտնել էր, որ ԵՄ-ում գազի գներն տարվա սկզբից աճել են 140%-ով, իսկ դիզելային վառելիքինը՝ 100%-ով։ ԵՄ երկրները 2026 թվականի առաջին ինն ամիսների ընթացքում էներգառեսուրսների համար հավելյալ վճարել են 100 միլիարդ եվրո՝ նույն ժամանակահատվածի իրենց հինգ տարվա միջին ծախսերի համեմատ։ ԵՀ-ն նաև զգուշացրել է, որ Եվրոպային սպասվում է «ծայրահանդիպ ծանր ձմեռ»՝ ջեռուցման շրջանի մեկնարկից առաջ գազի պաշարների ռեկորդային ցածր մակարդակով։ Ընդ որում, Եվրոհանձնաժողովը պարբերաբար կրկնում է, որ շարունակելու է հասնել Ռուսաստանից ցանկացած էներգառեսուրսների գնումից բլոկի բոլոր երկրների լիակատար և անժամկետ հրաժարմանը։
