ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր չէ ձեռնարկել քայլեր, որոնք կարող են խանգարել Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև խաղաղ բանակցություններին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ նա մեղադրել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկուն պատերազմը ավարտելու ցանկություն չունենալու մեջ և քննադատել է ուկրաինական հարվածները ռուսական նավթավերամշակման գործարաններին։ Այս մասին ասվում է Թրամփի անունից Truth Social սոցիալական ցանցում հրապարակված հայտարարության մեջ։ 

 

Ամերիկայի նախագահի խոսքով՝ ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցություններում զգալի առաջընթաց է գրանցվել, այդ թվում՝ պահվող անձանց փոխանակման հարցերում։ «Ռուսաստանի վերաբերյալ իմ որոշումը շատ պարզ է։ Ես խաղաղության շուրջ բանակցություններ եմ վարում Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև պատերազմում և չեմ ցանկանում ձեռնարկել որևէ քայլ, որը հիմարաբար ստիպի Ռուսաստանին դուրս գալ բանակցային գործընթացից», — հայտարարել է Թրամփը։ 

 

Նա նշել է, որ համապատասխան փաստաթղթի ստորագրումն այժմ կարող է բարդացնել բանակցությունները, փոխարենը պատրաստ է դա անել ավելի ուշ, երբ անհրաժեշտ համարի։ Ընդ որում, հրապարակումից պարզ չէ, թե հստակ որ փաստաթղթի մասին է խոսքը։

 

 Թրամփը նաև հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը, իր գնահատմամբ, Իրանին ցուցաբերում է զգալիորեն ավելի քիչ օգնություն, քան կարող էր, և հայտնել է այդ վիճակը պահպանելու մտադրության մասին։ Առանձին ԱՄՆ նախագահը քննադատել է Ուկրաինայի հարվածները դիզելային վառելիք արտադրող ռուսական նավթավերամշակման գործարաններին։ Նրա պնդմամբ՝ այդ հարձակումները լուրջ վնաս են հասցնում դիզելային վառելիքի համաշխարհային շուկային, այդ թվում՝ ամերիկյան շուկային, ինչից տուժում են ֆերմերները, անասնապահները և տարբեր ոլորտների ձեռնարկությունները։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Թրամփը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է համաշխարհային շուկա մատակարարել միլիոնավոր բարել դիզելային վառելիք ցածր գներով։ Ամերիկացի առաջնորդը մեղադրել է Զելենսկուն այն բանում, որ նա շահագրգռված չէ ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցմամբ՝ չնայած Եվրոպայից և ԱՄՆ նախորդ վարչակազմից ստացած ֆինանսական օգնությանը։ 

 

«Զելենսկուն միևնույն է։ Հաշվի առնելով այն բոլոր փողերը, որոնք նրան տրամադրում է Եվրոպան և որոնք նախկինում նրան տալիս էր խարդախ Ջո Բայդենը, նա չի ցանկանում ավարտել այս պատերազմը և, հավանաբար, երբեք էլ չի ցանկացել», — գրել է Թրամփը։ 

 

ԱՄՆ նախագահի կարծիքով՝ Ուկրաինան երկու տարի առաջ կարող էր կնքել շատ ավելի ձեռնտու համաձայնագիր, քան այժմ։ Թրամփը նաև հայտարարել է, որ Ուկրաինան գտնվում է ծանր վիճակում, կորցրել է տարածքի զգալի մասը, զրկվել է դեպի ծովեր ելքից, իսկ բազմաթիվ տղամարդիկ զոհվել են, վիրավորվել կամ բացակայում են այլ պատճառներով։ Այս պնդումները նա չի հիմնավորել ապացույցներով։ «Ես ցանկանում եմ, որ այս պատերազմը ավարտվի»։ — ընդգծել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը։
