Юнибанк получил рейтинг устойчивого развития B++ от Agents for Impact GmbH

Компания Agents for Impact GmbH (Франкфурт, Германия) присвоила Юнибанку рейтинг соответствия принципам устойчивого развития (Sustainability Alignment Rating) на уровне B++. Оценка проводилась на основе Целей устойчивого развития (ЦУР) и экологических, социальных и управленческих критериев (ESG). Показатель соответствия деятельности Банка ЦУР составил 71%, что соответствует высокому уровню (Strong).
 
Результат отражает последовательную работу Юнибанка по ключевым направлениям устойчивого развития и его приверженность продвижению устойчивого финансирования в Армении. Наиболее высокую оценку Банк получил в области управления. Были отмечены комплексные внутренние политики и процедуры, включая Правила деловой этики, механизмы информирования о нарушениях и систему противодействия мошенничеству. В
 
социальной сфере отмечена развитая система преимуществ для сотрудников. Женщины составляют 70,4% персонала Банка, а их доля в руководящем составе достигает 38%.
 
В экологической оценке отмечены обязательство Юнибанка сократить энергопотребление на 15% к 2030 году, использование солнечной энергии и предложение продуктов зелёного финансирования, а также перспективы усиления учёта климатических рисков и расширения доли зелёного финансирования в портфеле.
 
Юнибанк продолжит совершенствовать ESG-практики и разрабатывать финансовые решения, способствующие устойчивому экономическому развитию Армении.
