Հայաստանին ԵԱՏՄ-ից հեռացնելու սցենարը՝ քննարկման սեղանին․ զեկույցը կներկայացվի Պուտինին և Փաշինյանին

Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի և Ղրղզստանի ներկայացուցիչները զեկույց են պատրաստել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը (ԵԱՏՄ) Հայաստանի անդամակցության հնարավոր կասեցման և դրա հետևանքների վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Ռուսաստանի կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը։

 

«Բելառուսի Հանրապետության, Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության, Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահների՝ 2026 թվականի մայիսի 29-ի համատեղ հայտարարության համաձայն՝ Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդում նշված չորս երկրների ներկայացուցիչները զեկույց են պատրաստել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ 2014 թվականի մայիսի 29-ի «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» պայմանագրի գործողության հնարավոր կասեցման հետևանքների վերաբերյալ»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

 

Զեկույցում ներկայացված են Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի ձեռնարկած քայլերը, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ի և ԵՄ-ի իրավական համակարգերի համատեղելիության վերլուծությունը։ Մասնավորապես, ուսումնասիրվել է, թե որքանով են ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում Հայաստանի ստանձնած պարտավորությունները համատեղելի Եվրամիությանն անդամակցությունից բխող պարտավորությունների հետ։

 

Փաստաթղթում անդրադարձ է կատարվում նաև այն իրավական մեխանիզմներին, որոնք մշակվել են Հայաստանի՝ Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու որոշումից բխող հնարավոր ռիսկերը կանխելու նպատակով։ Բացի այդ, ներկայացված է ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության հնարավոր կասեցման հետևանքների գնահատականը։

 

Պատրաստված զեկույցը կներկայացվի Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյին, Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևին, Ղրղզստանի նախագահ Սադիր Ջապարովին և Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։

 

Փաստաթղթում նաև ընդգծվում է, որ Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի ձեռնարկած քայլերի ֆոնին ԵԱՏՄ-ում հարցեր են առաջացել կազմակերպության կազմում Հայաստանի հետագա կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ։

 

Մասնավորապես, նշվում է, որ Հայաստանի կողմից «եվրոպական չափանիշների» ներդրումը կարող է վտանգել ԵԱՏՄ միասնական մաքսային տարածքի ամբողջականությունը։
