Բժիշկները փրկել են 367 գրամ քաշով նորածնին

Մոսկվայի մարզի բժիշկներին հաջողվել է փրկել ընդամենը 367 գրամ քաշով ծնված երեխայի կյանքը։ Նա դարձել է տարածաշրջանի բժիշկների կողմից երբևէ փրկված ամենափոքր քաշով նորածինը։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Մոսկվայի մարզի առողջապահության նախարար Մաքսիմ Զաբելինը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս տարվա սկզբից ի վեր Մոսկվայի մարզի նեոնատոլոգները խնամել են ավելի քան 3100 վաղաժամ ծնված երեխաների։ Նրանց թվում եղել են նաև ծայրահեղ ցածր քաշով՝ 1,5 կիլոգրամից պակաս քաշ ունեցող նորածիններ։
«Մենք ունենք 367 գրամ քաշով ծնված երեխայի խնամքի և կերակրման հաջողված դեպք։ Սա ամենափոքր քաշով նորածինն է, որին մեզ երբևէ հաջողվել է փրկել»,- նշել է Զաբելինը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ նման դեպքերում անհրաժեշտ է մասնագետների համակարգված աշխատանք՝ երեխայի ծննդյան առաջին պահերից մինչև նրա վիճակի կայունացումն ու կերակրումը։
Մոսկվայի մարզում գործում է մանկաբարձական օգնության եռաստիճան համակարգ, որը ներառում է ծննդատներ, պերինատալ կենտրոններ, ինչպես նաև Վ. Ի. Կրասնոպոլսկու անվան Մոսկվայի մարզային մանկաբարձության և գինեկոլոգիայի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտը։ Այս համակարգը հնարավորություն է տալիս անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն ցուցաբերել ինչպես սովորական, այնպես էլ բարդ դեպքերում։
Ինչպես գրում է Past.am-ը, վաղաժամ ծնված և ծայրահեղ ցածր քաշ ունեցող երեխաների փրկությունը պահանջում է մասնագիտացված բժշկական սարքավորումներ, շարունակական հսկողություն և տարբեր մասնագետների համատեղ աշխատանք։
Ավելի վաղ Մոսկվայի բժիշկները կարողացել էին ծանր ուղեղային վնասվածքից փրկել հազվագյուտ գենետիկ արատով ծնված նորածնի կյանքը։
