Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանի նախաձեռնությամբ, այսօր Ստամբուլում հավաքվում են յոթ երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ՝ քննարկելու Իրանի շուրջ հավանական զարգացումները, Հորմուզի նեղուցում տիրող իրավիճակը, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի վրա հուսիների հարձակումները, ինչպես նաև ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության հնարավոր կարգավորումները:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա կլինեն Թուրքիան, Պակիստանը, Եգիպտոսը, Սաուդյան Արաբիան, Գերմանիան, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, և Ֆրանսիան։

Reuters գործակալության տվյալների համաձայն՝ Պակիստանի անարդյունք միջնորդական ջանքերից հետո, թուրքական կողմը մտադիր է հանդես գալ ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի միջև հակամարտության ինչպես նաև Հորմուզի և Բաբ էլ Մանդեբի նեղուցներում առկա խնդիրների դիվանագիտական կարգավորման օգտին:

Ենթադրվում է, որ առանձին օրակարգային հարց կլինի Սաուդյան Արաբիայի անվտանգությունը։ Արտգործնախարար Ֆիդանը մտադիր է առաջ մղել Էր Ռիադին աջակցելու թեման՝ Մեքքայի համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում։

Օրակարգում են նաև իսրայելա-պաղեստինյան հակամարտությունը և Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը։ Թուրքիան մտադիր է ստամբուլյամ հավաքի ժամանակ բարձրացնել Սև ծովի տարածաշրջանում ռազմական գործողությունների տարածման ռիսկերի մասին հարցը:

Ակնհայտ է, որ նման հանդիպման քաղաքական նշանակությունը դուրս է գալիս առանձին հակամարտությունների շրջանակներից։ Անկարան կարծես թե փորձում է ձևավորել փոխգործակցության նոր ձևաչափ՝ տարածաշրջանի խոշորագույն տերությունների և Եվրոպայի առաջատար երկրների միջև։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ուշագրավ ու տարօրինակ է, որ նմանատպ ծավալուն օրակարգի պարագայում հանդիպմանը ներկայացված չեն լինելու ԱՄՆ-ը, ՌԴ-ն, Իսրայելը և Իրանը։

Թեև առայժմ խոսքը դիվանագիտական-քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունների մասին է, այնուամենայնիվ, նմանատիպ նոր ձևաչափի ի հայտ գալն ինքնին ցույց է տալիս, որ Թուրքիան փորձելու է ավելի նշանակալի դեր վերցնել տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության համակարգի ձևավորման գործում։
