Մեր երկրին պակասում են օպերատիվ կայացվող որոշումները, արագությունը, հարցերը լուծվում են դանդաղ, խնդիրներին անդրադարձը կատարվում է այն աստիճանի դանդաղկոտությամբ ու ժամանակավրեպ, որ կարելի է ասել՝ հարցը մեռնում է, ոչ թե լուծում ստանում: Այսօրվա աշխարհում զարգանում ու մրցակից են երկրներն ու կորպորացիաները, որոնք դիմանում են մրցավազքին, արագությանը, իսկ մեզ մոտ արագության, հաճախ նույնիսկ շարժի մասին խոսք չկա, մի տեսակ քնած ենք ու երազ ենք տեսնում, որտեղ Ծովից Ծով Հայաստան ենք կառուցում: Ընդամենը երկու օրինակ բերեմ՝ աշխարհում նավթի գինն ընկել է շուրջ երեք անգամ, իսկ Հայաստանում բենզինն էժանանում է 5-6 տոկոսով, մյուս օրինակը ավիափոխադրումներն են, սա հարց էր, որ պետք է լուծվեր մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում, իսկ մենք տարիներ շարունակ խոսում ենք ու համեմատում ենք Վրաստանի գների հետ: Այսօր լուր տարածվեց, թե շուտով մենք էլ կունենաք, նախ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ ասում են շուտով կունենաք, երկրորդ՝ շուտովը չպետք է ամիսներ լինի, շուտովը պետք է գոնե մեկ շաբաթ լինի: Ինձ մոտ տպավորություն է, կարծես քնած են բոլորը, թե այն արդիկ, ովքեր պետք է իրենց հետևից տանեն առողջ թիմեր ու պետական ապարատ, թե այն մարդիկ, ովքեր պարտավոր են անհրաժեշտության դեպքում արթնացնել քնածներին: Հիմա էլ Սովետ չկա, որ ասենք Մոսկվան է, հիմա հոմ Օսմանյան կայսրության լծի տակ չենք, որ ասենք Բարձր Դուռը չի թողնում, որ զարգանանք, հիմա գոնե մենք ենք մեր ճակատագրի տեղը, կամ գոնե նման հարցերում կարող ենք չէ մեր քաղաքացիների համար լավ բան անել:
