ՀՀ ԶՈւ Բանակային կորպուսների սպառազինության քանակային տվյալները Պոլիշինելի գաղտնիք են

Ապշել կարելի է մեր լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների ոչ կեմպետենտության դրսևորումների վրա, հատկապես, եթե հարցը վերաբերվում է ռազմական ու ռազմաքաղաքական հարցերին, հատկապես՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ կապ ունեցող։ Կներեք, բայց տպավորություն է, որ մի խումբ լրագրողներ, ում մոտ սուր արտահայտված է գարնանային սրացումը, որոշել են իրար հերթ չտալով հիմարություններ գրել այս թեմայով։
Այսպես օրինակ այսօր մի փառահեղ տխմարություն այսօր կարդացի, որտեղ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ից պահանջում էին պատասխանել ռուսական ինչ որ պարբերականի ինչ որ փորձագետի ինչ որ հոդվածի ու ցասումնալից պահանջում էին, որպեսզի ինչ որ պարզաբանում տրվեր, թե որտեղից փորձագետն իմացավ մեր սպառազինության ու տեխնիկայի քանակական տվյալները ու ինչ իրավունքով հրապարակեց․․․
Չեմ էլ ուզում բացատրել, թե ինչու է հիմարություն՝ ՊՆ-ից պահանջելը, որպեսզի արձագանքի ռուսական ամեն էքսպերտի վերլուծությանը։ Հիմա այս փորձագետը գրել է, որ x քանակությամբ տանկ ունենք, մեկ ուրիշն էլ կարող է խումհարի մեջ գրի, որ մենք տանկեր չունենք ու զինված ենք պարսատիկներով։ Լրագրողները պետք է հասկանան, որ ՊՆ-ն չպետք է իջնի անհատ փորձագետի հետ պոլեմիկայի մակարդակի։
Ինչ վերաբերում է սպառազինության ու տեխնիկայի քանակական տվյալներին։ Եթե հոդվածի հեղինակը որևէ կապ ուներ իր մասնագիտության հետ, ապա վստահաբար, մի թեթև կուսումնասիրեր հարցը ու կպարզեր, որ իրականում ՀՀ ՊՆ Բանակային կորպուսների տեխնիկայի քանակական տվյալները գաղտնի չեն էլ պահվում ու դրանց քվոտաները կարելի է գտնել ԵԱՀԿ-ի բազաներում։ Ընդհանրապես, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԲԿ-ների սպառազինության մասին տվյալները պոլիշինելի գաղտնիքն են։ Գաղտնիքը ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ն է, որի մասին որ մի հստակ քանակական տվյալ բաց հասանելիությունում չկան։ Կան բազմաթիվ ենթադրություններ ու մոտավոր հաշվարկներ, բայց դրանք ոչ պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն են, ոչ էլ աչքի են ընկնում արժանահավատությամբ։
Ու այսպես էլ մենք ստիպված ենք լինելու տառապել լրագրողների ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքից, որովհետև այս ոլորտում կոմպետենտության հարցը պարզապես աղետալի է։ Մնում է կամ նյարդայնանալ, կամ էլ անտեսել։
