Արդեն անհնար է մարսել Հայաստանում հազարավոր անապահով ընտանիքների մասին տեղեկությունները: Անհնար է հաշտվել այն մտքի հետ, որ սոված քնող հազարավոր երեխաներ կան, որ երեխաներ կան, որ օրերով տանջվում են ցավից, ցրտից ու սովից, որ հազարավոր երեխաներ, մի կտոր բան ուտելիս, չգիտեն, թե հաջորդ անգամ երբ ինչ-որ բան կուտեն՝ այսօ՞ր, թե՞ մի երկու օրից: Արդեն անտանելի է այն իրողությունը, որ հազարավոր երեխաներ չեն գնում դպրոց, որովհետև կոշիկ, տետր, գիրք ու գրիչ չունեն: Եվ որ արդեն միտում է դարձել անապահով ընտանիքներում երեխաներին հանձնել մանկատուն, որովհետև դա միակ վայր է, որտեղ երեխաները գոնե օրը երեք անգամ սնվում են:
Լավ, բոլոր երկրներում էլ ծայրահեղ վատ ապրող մարդկիկ կան, բայց այդ երևույթի դեմ չպայքարելն է աննորմալ:
Լավ, մի ամբողջ կառավարությունում մեկը չկա՞, որ ասի՝ եկեք ծրագիր մշակենք, Երևանում բնակվող այդ ընտանիքներին առաջարկենք տեղափոխվել գյուղեր, նրանց համար մի փոքր տուն, հողամաս, մի երկու գլուխ անասուն առնենք, որ դրանից հետո իրենք իրենց կերակրեն:
Էս երկրում ամեն ինչի համար փող կա, բացի՝ մարդկանցից: Հենց հերթը հասնում է մարդուն, հիշում են, որ ծառայողական մեքենաների, վառելիքի, պաշտոնյաների արձակուրդների և ուղևորությունների, անմարդաբնակ այգիներ բացելու համար ծախսելուց հետո մարդկանց համար գումար չի մնացել:
Զզվելի է այդ անտարբերությունը պետության կողմից:
Էլ ավելի զզվելի է այն մտածողությունը, թե պետությունը պարտավոր չէ ինչ-որ բան անել անապահով ընտանիքների համար:
Չնայած, երևի, մինչև այդ անապահով ընտանիքների ցուցակներում մի շարք պաշտոնյաների ընտանիքները չընդգրկվեն, ոչ մի բան էլ չեն անի: Ձեզ էլ ընդգրկեք, միայն թե այդ երեխաների օրվա հացի, դեղի և ուսման խնդիրը լուծեք:
