«Տնտեսական գործունեության համար ձևավորված միջավայրը պահպանում է բարձր անկայունությունը: Մի բան, որ ստիպում է մտածել անընդհատ առաջացող ռիսկերը հնարավորինս հավասարակշռելու մասին: Չնայած առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստանում արձանագրվեց սպասվածից անհամեմատ բարձր տնտեսական ակտիվություն, այնուհանդերձ դրա կառուցվածքը շատ փխրուն է: Տնտեսական ակտիվությանը նպաստող ոլորտներում վերջին շրջանում ռիսկերը նոր թափ են հավաքում: Խոսքը վերաբերում է մասնավորապես արդյունաբերությանը, որտեղ առաջին կիսամյակի արդյունքներով արձանագրվեց 5,1 տոկոս աճ: Առաջին հայացքից տնտեսության այս ճյուղում զարգացումները բարեհաջող են: Արձանագրված աճի մակարդակը, առավել ևս գոյություն ունեցող ոչ բարենպաստ պայմաններում, բավականաչափ բարձր է: Սակայն դրա կառուցվածքի ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ արդյունաբերության ոլորտում աճի հետ կապված ռիսկերը դարձյալ ակտիվացել են և շարունակվելու դեպքում կարող են հանգեցնել ցուցանիշների վատացման: Տնտեսության այս ճյուղում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները պայմանավորված են հիմնականում հանքահումքային ռեսուրսների շահագործման ավելացմամբ: Թեղուտի գործարկումով մեծացել է ոլորտի արտադրական ծավալը: Այն գրեթե մեկ երրորդով գերազանցում է նախորդ տարվա մակարդակը:
Վերջին շրջանում արտաքին միջավայրի դրսևորումները ավելի ու ավելի են մեծացնում ճնշումը հանքարդյունաբերության վրա: Դա արտահայտվում է առաջին հերթին պղնձի էժանացման տեսքով: Արդեն տևական ժամանակ շարունակվող գնանկման հետևանքով պղնձի գինը միջազգային շուկայում հասել է տոննայի դիմաց 5,2 հազար դոլարի: Այդպիսի գին չէր արձանագրվել 2009թ. հետո, երբ պղնձի տոննայի արժեքը միջազգային շուկայում իջավ մինչև 3,1 հազարի: Այս տարվա ընթացքում պղնձի ամենացածր գին արձանագրվել է հունվարին: Սակայն այն գրեթե 300 դոլարով բարձր էր, քան այսօր է: Պղնձի գների անընդմեջ անկումը շարունակվում է արդեն գրեթե երկուսուկես ամիս: Դա սկսվեց մայիսի սկզբից: Այդ ընթացքում պղինձը միջազգային շուկայում հասցրել է էժանանալ ավելի քան 1,2 հազար դոլարով կամ գրեթե 19 տոկոսով: Գների ակնման վերջին շրջանի ակտիվությունը կապվում է հիմնական համաշխարհային և առաջին հերթին չինական տնտեսության մեջ տեղի ունեցող դրսևորումների հետևանքով պահանջարկի կրճատման հետ: Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչի հետևանք է պղնձի էժանացումը, դրա խորացումը հարվածում է Հայաստանի տնտեսությանը: Մի բան, որ ազդելու է նաև արտադրության ծավալների և ոլորտում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների վրա:
