«Վերջին ժամերի իրադարձությունների ընդհանուր պատկերի մասին:
Արցախի և ադրբեջանական բանակի ռազմաճակատի հյուսիսային ու հարավային հատվածում շարունակվում են համառ մարտեր, որոնցում, սակայն, նախաձեռնությունը գտնվում է հայկական կողմի ձեռքում և ադրբեջանական կողմի որևէ հաջողության մասին խոսք գնալ իսկ չի կարող: Մենք շարունակում ենք հակառակորդի սանձահարման գործողությունները, ընդ որում ճակատի շատ հատվածներում գտնվում ենք թելադրողի դիրքերում: Կրկին ընդգծեմ, սակայն, որ ճակատի որոշ հատվածներում մարտերը դեռևս շարունակվում են, քանի որ հակառակորդը այդտեղ կուտակել է խոշոր ուժեր:
Հարկ եմ համարում անել մի քանի դիտարկումներ.
- ադրբեջանական այսպես կոչված «ճակատային թողարկումները» ուշադիր դիտեք և ուշադրություն դարձրեք մի հստակ առանձնահատկության՝ ոչ մի նյութում հստակ և պարզորոշ չի երևում հայկական կողմի մարդկային և տեխնիկական որևէ կորուստ, նույնիսկ որևէ հստակ դիրք չի երևում, որ իրենք գրավել են: Մենք որոշակի կորուստներ ունեցել ենք, որի մասին չենք լռել, բայց իրենք նույնիսկ դա էլ ի վիճակի չեն ցուցադրել ու ներկայացնել, իսկ դա միայն նշանակում է այն, որ դաժան մարտերն ընթանում են իրենց զբաղեցրած բնագծերում և նախաձեռնությունը գտնվում է հայկական կողմի ձեռքում:
- ուշադրություն դարձրեք երկու հասարակությունների վերաբերմունքին արդեն երկրորդ օրն ընթացող մարտական գործողություններին, քանզի, եթե հայկական կողմում հասարակությունը ոգևորված է, իսկ դեպի ճակատ մեկնող կամավորների հոսքն էլ իրոք հսկայական է, ովքեր երգով ու պարով են գնում, ապա թշնամու կողմում լրիվ հակառակ պատկերն է:
- ուզում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել նաև հայկական զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների հստակ և հավասարակշռված պահվածքը, երբ առանձին լրատվամիջոցներ հաջողությամբ խուսափեցին հակառակորդի տեղեկատվական ծուղակներից՝ դրսևորելով սթափ, ազգամետ և արհեստավարժ դիրքորոշում, ինչ նշանակալից առաջընթաց է նախորդ տարիների ֆոնին:
Վերջում կրկին ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ ուշադրություն մի դարձրեք հայկական կողմի կրած մարդկային, տեխնիկական և տարածքային կորուստների մասին տարածվող հնարավոր հաղորդումներին, որոնք ուղղված են հասարակության շրջանում վախ և խուճապ առաջացնելուն, քանի որ տեղեկատվական հարձակումը հանդիսանում է ժամանակակից պատերազմի անբաժանելի մասը:
Մենք տիրապետում ենք հստակ և ամբողջական տեղեկատվությանը, ներկայումս այն վերլուծվում է և շուտով կներկայացվի հասարակությանը»:
