Այս պահի համար կարող ենք ֆիքսել հետևյալը.
Տեղեկատվական անվտանգության առումով Հայաստանը մոտ տաս քայլ առաջ է անցել, քան վերջին մինի պատերազմների ժամանակ: Ընդ որում, տեղեկատվական ֆրոնտում ևս յուրօրինակ կամավորականների շարժում նկատվեց, երբ տարբեր օգտատերեր ինքնակամ արագ գտնում էին ապատեղեկատվության աղբյուրներն ու իրազեկում հանրությանը:
Առանց հատուկ կազմակերպչաիրավական ձևի` փորձագետներն ու մեդիադեմքերը տարերային կերպով, բայց զարմանալի միասնականությամբ համակարգեցին տեղեկատվական պատերազմը, ինչը ոչ պակաս կարևոր է ռազմաճակատի առաջին գծում ընթացող մարտերից...
Հասարակության ամենալայն շերտերը հոգեբանորեն պատրաստ են իրադարձությունների ցանկացած զարգացման: Նվնվոց, ոչ ադեկվատ հայտարարություններ գրեթե չեն հնչում, տարերային համազգային մոբիլիզացիա է: Ստեփանակերտի հրապարակն ու դեպի ԼՂՀ տանող ճանապարհները պարզապես հեղեղված են կամավորականների խմբերով: Հասարակությունը միանշանակ ընդունել է պատերազմի մարտահրավերը, ինչը ամենակարևոր նախապայմանն է պատերազմում հաղթելու համար:
ԼՂՀ պաշտոնյաների, այդ թվում նախագահի հետ հանդիպումներից այն տպավորությունն է, որ իրենք ևս ֆիզիկապես և հոգեպես ընդունել են մարտահրավերը, ամեն ինչ մանրամասնորեն քննարկում են և չեն վարանում մղել լայնածավալ ճակատամարտեր:
Եվ այսպես` տեղեկատվական, ներքին հասարակական հանգստության և ադեկվատության, ռազմաճակատի համար բոլոր սեռերի համախմբման և այլ ճակատներում առավելությունը ակնհայտորեն հայկական կողմինն է: Ինչ վերաբերվում է բուն ռազմաճակատին` կարծում եմ, որ վերոնշյալ առավելությունների ֆոնին առաջիկայում հայկական կողմի առավելությունն առավել ակնհայտ կդառնա...
