Արցախը կարող է անկախանալ Ադրբեջանից, բայց ոչ Հայաստանից
ANALYSIS
Արցախյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ տարածված է երկու հայտնի մոտեցում, որոնք, իրականում, թյուրիմացություն են.
1. Հայաստանին շահեկան է Արցախյան հակամարտության ստատուս քվոն (մինչև ապրիլի 1-ը)
2. Հայաստանը կճանաչի Արցախի անկախությունը:
Հայաստանին ամենևին շահեկան չէ մինչև 2016-ի ապրիլի 1-ի ստատուս քվոն (որը խախտեց Ադրբեջանը՝ նոր պատերազմ սանձազերծելով), քանի որ Հայաստանին չի կարող շահեկան լինել սեփական ժողովրդի անվտանգության մշտական սպառնալիքը: Հայաստանին չի կարող շահեկան լինել անմիջական հարևանի կողմից պատերազմ հրահրելու անդադար շանտաժը, պարբերական սահմանային բախումները, որոնց զոհ են դառնում զինվորներն ու խաղաղ բնակիչները:
Հայաստանին կարող է շահեկան լինել միայն խնդրի վերջնական արդար հանգուցալուծումը (թեկուզ որոշ բանական զիջումներով) և վերջապես` խաղաղությունը: Այնպես որ, ադրբեջանական թեզը, թե Հայաստանին շահեկան է ստատուս քվոյի պահպանումը, կատարյալ ապուշություն է:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախի անկախությունը ճանաչելուն, ապա դա հարկադրված քաղաքական հնարք է, այլ ոչ թե երազանք: Արցախը Հայաստանի անբաժանելի մասն է, ինչպես ասել է մի առիթով Հայաստանի նախագահը: Արցախը կարող է անկախանալ Ադրբեջանից, բայց չի կարող Հայաստանից անկախանալ: Արցախի սկզբնական որոշումը Հայաստանին միանալն էր: Եվ չեմ կարծում, որ կա գեթ մեկ հայ, ով Արցախը Հայաստանից անջատ և անկախ է պատկերացնում:
Բայց միջազգային հանրությանը հասկանալի լինելու հանգամանքը մեզ ժամանակին հարկադրել էր խոսել Արցախի անկախության մասին, դա դարձավ մի տեսակ զիջում մեր կողմից, որ հարցը խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծվի: Փաստորեն, այդ զիջումը չգնահատվեց: Եվ այսօր ստացվել է այնպես, որ Արցախի անկախության ճանաչումը պատերազմի գինն է: Եթե ծավալվի լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմ, Հայաստանը կճանաչի Արցախի անկախությունը: Իսկ եթե ոչ, ապա կշարունակվեն բանակցությունները:
Ինչևէ: Եթե անգամ ստիպված լինելով Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես ճանաչի Արցախի անկախությունը, ապա անկախ Արցախը մի օր կրկին իր հանրաքվեով պետք է ու միանալու է Մայր Հայաստանին: Ու այդ մասին գիտեն բոլորը՝ թե՛ միջազգային հանրությունը և թե՛ հատկապես Ադրբեջանը:
