Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը 1994 թվականից հետո ադրբեջանական կողմը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում դիմել է ահաբեկչական ռազմական գործողությունների: 
Հակառակորդը գործել է նախօրոք մշակված հատուկ սցենարով և կիրառել իր ենթակայության տակ գտնվող ամբողջ զինանոցը: 
Ռազմական գործողությունների պատասխանատվությունը, ինչպես նաև առաջինը հարձակում գործած կողմը հանդիսանում է Ադրբեջանը:
Սա ակնհայտ փաստ է, որը հաստատել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Բյուլբյուլ-օղլին:
Ինչպես նաև haqqin.az պարբերականը նույնպես հաստատել է, որ ռազմական գործողությունները նախաձեռնել և սկսել է ադրբեջանական կողմը:
Բնականաբար, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության Բանակը արժանի հակահարված է տալիս, որի արդյունքում թշնամին ունի և՛ մարդկային և՛ զինտեխնիկայի աննախադեպ կորուստներ:
Ադրբեջանը միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներից երկրի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների մակարդակով հանդես է եկել ծայրահեղ ֆաշիստական և ռազմատենչ անմարդկային հայտարարություններով:
Հակամարդկային բոլոր հայտարարություններին զուգահեռ, Ադրբեջանը տարիներ շարունակ գնել և կուտակել է զենք-զինամթերք, և այդ ամենը միջազգային կազմակերպությունների աչքի առաջ:
Ինչի մասին մենք պարբերաբար ամենաբարձր մակարդակներով բարձրաձայնել ենք համապատասխան բոլոր հարթակներում, և դրան չարձագանքելն ու համապատասխան գնահատական չտալը հանգեցրել է Ադրբեջանի սանձարձակ գործողություններին: 
Մեր հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու ձգտումն իր շուրջը միավորեց ոչ միայն Հայաստանի և Արցախի հայությանը, այլ նաև ողջ աշխարհի հայորդիներին, ովքեր ցանկանում են կամավոր զենք վերցնել և գնալ առաջնագիծ՝ պաշտպանելու մեր երկիր: 
Բարգավաճ Հայաստան խմբակցության պատգամավորները, ԲՀԿ քաղաքական խորհրդի և ԲՀԿ Երիտասարդների միության ներկայացուցիչներն ու տարածքային կառույցների ղեկավարների մի մասն այս պահին գտնվում են Արցախում:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, այսօր հասունացել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ մեր հայրենիքը պետք է միավորի ողջ հայությունը, երբ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է իր մասնաբաժինն ունենա հայրենիքի պաշտպանության սուրբ գործում:
Փառք ու պատիվ բոլոր այն հայորդիներին, ովքեր սեփական կյանքով պայքարում են հայրենիքի սահմաններն անառիկ պահելու համար:

Մենք մեզ ոչ մեկից չենք գերադասում‚
Բայց մեզ էլ գիտենք - Մեզ հայ են ասում։
Եվ ինչու՞ պիտի չհպարտանանք…
