Մինչև որտե՞ղ Ադրբեջանը կարող է պատերազմել

Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ռազմական գործողությունները հաճախ անվանում են բլից-կրիգի տապալված փորձ: Սակայն եթե Բաքուն բլից-կրիգով ցանկանում էր գրավել Արցախը, ապա ինչո՞ւ միանգամից գործի չդրեց ավիացիան և տակտիկական հրթիռները, որոնցով հպարտանում է և անդադար կրկնում, որ առավելություն ունի հայկական բանակի հանդեպ:

Այլ կերպ ասած` ինչո՞ւ Ադրբեջանը չսկսեց լայնածավալ պատերազմ: Այդ հնարավորությունն էլ ե՞րբ էր ունենալու: Պատմությունից հայտնի է, որ բլից-կրիգը, այսինքն՝ կայծակնային պատերազմը սկսվում է շատ անսպասելի, երբ հարձակվելիս միանգամից գործի է դրվում ամբողջ զինանոցը: Ադրբեջանն այդպես չվարվեց: Տեսականորեն կարող է լինել երեք բացատրություն.

1. Բաքվի գործողություններն ամենևին բլից-կրիգ չէին, այլ ունեին կա´մ հետախուզական նպատակ, կա´մ էլ այդ կերպ Ադրբեջանում հույս ունեին, որ Հայաստանը կահաբեկվի, երկար չի դիմանա, ստիպած հրադադար կխնդրի և կամովին զիջումների կգնա բանակցություններում` հաշվի առնելով ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի անձնակազմի և տեխնիկայի թվի գերազանցությունը:

2. Բաքուն հասկանում է, որ հայերի պատասխան գործողությունները (հաշվի առնելով հայ զինվորի ոգին և պատրաստականությունը), տակտիկական հրթիռների հարվածներն իր ռազմավարական ենթակառուցվածքներին (նավթամուղ, գազատար, Մինգեչաուրի ջրամբար և այլն), կարող են հակառակ արդյունքն ունենալ իր համար` գումարած այն, որ զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենքերի կիրառումը գուցե չներվի միջազգային հանրության կողմից, միջազգային միջամտությունը կլինի ոչ Բաքվի օգտին:

3. Բաքվում չեն գիտակցում, թե ընդհանրապես իրենք ինչ են անում և ինչու են անում: Սա, իհարկե, ամենաքիչ հավանական տարբերակն է, բայց բացառել չի կարելի:

Ինչևէ, իրավիճակը մոտ էր լայնածավալ պատերազմի սկսմանը, սակայն այն շատ արագ կասեցվեց: Դժվար թե զուգադիպություն էր, որ Մոսկվան միջամտեց այն ժամանակ, երբ արձակվեցին «Սոլնցեպյոկի» և «Սմերչի» առաջին հրթիռները: Իրավիճակը կարող էր լիովին դուրս գալ վերահսկողությունից, հայկական զինված ուժերը, սկզբում մի փոքր նահանջելով, սկսել էին հակահարձակումը: Եթե մասսայաբար գործի դրվեին ավիացիան և տակտիկական հրթիռները, ապա այլևս այդ հրդեհը մարել չէր լինի:

Իսկապես, շատ կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե մինչև որտեղ կարող է Ադրբեջանն իրեն թույլ տալ պատերազմել, որտեղ է այն սահմանագիծը, որից այն կողմ Բաքուն չի կարող անցնել: Չորսօրյա պատերազմը, որը դեռ չի ավարտվել, սակայն արդեն իսկ ցույց է տալիս, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կողմից զենքով գրավելու հնարավորությունները խիստ սահմանափակ են:

Եթե Բաքուն վստահ լիներ, որ կարող է տարածքներ գրավել, ապա վստահաբար կանգ չէր առնի և կսկսեր լայնածավալ գործողությունները: Ադրբեջանցիների համար արդեն պետք է հասկանալի լինի, որ կատարյալ միֆ են և սուտ ադրբեջանական բանակի հզորության մասին Ալիևի հայտարարությունները և առավել ևս հիմարություն է հայերին պատերազմով շանտաժ անելը: Մի խոսքով, վերջին 10-15 տարիների ադրբեջանական մարտավարությունը կարելի է լիովին սնանկ ճանաչել:
