Երկու երկրների միջև առաջացած պատերազմում տեղեկատվական պատերազմը իր կարևորությամբ երկրորդն է՝ զենք-զինամթերքից հետո: Երբ 5-րդ դասարանի կրթություն ստացած, ինչ որ ամեոբա, որը չգիտես որտեղից լսել է , որ զինվորական տեխնիկա կամ զինվոր նկարել չի կարելի , նա ուղղակի չի հասկացել ասվածի իմաստը կամ կիրառման վայրը: Պատերազմական կամ պատերազմականին նման իրավիճակներում շատ կարևոր է այն հանգամանքը, թե ինչպես կներկայացվի երկրի վիճակը և քայլերը: Ցանկացած սխալ աշխատանք, պասիվություն աշխատանքում կամ չափից շատ աշխատանք կարող է ազդել տվյալ երկրի բնակչության , արտասահմանիան երկրների մտածելակերպի և այլ հանգամանքների վրա: Այդ ամենը միասին կազդեն երկրի պաշտպանության համար պայքարողների վրա ու ըստ կատարված աշխատանքի կստացվեն հետևանքները:

Մեր օրերում , երբ 25 տարի հրադադար - պատերազմի մեջ ենք, երբ հարևան պետությունը ամեն առիթ օգտագործում է մեզ ահաբեկիչ և օկուպանտ անվանելու մեջ, նրանց պատասխան չտալը ու ջայլամի պես գլուխը հողի մեջ խցկելը, երկրորդ գծում պարտության նշան է : 

Տեղեկատվական պատերազմում հարկավոր է դիմել ցանկացած մեթոդի, որպեսզի երկրում կատարվելիք իրադաձությունները հասցվի նշանակետին : Եթե հարկավոր է պետք է նույնիսկ տեխնիկայի աշխատանք նկարել , զինվոր նկարել , զենք ու զենքով կռվող նկարել, տուն ու տեղը կորցրած , բայց իր ուժերի վրա վստահ գյուղացի նկարել: Դիմել ցանկացած քայլի , որպեսզի համ երկրի բնակչության պայքարի ոգին բարձրացվի , համ թշնամու սիրտը դող ընկնի , համ միջազգային հանրության հավատը դեպի մեզ ձգվի:
Ցանկացած խորհուրդ կամ խրատ ունի իր տեղը, ու այդ տեղից դուրս դա փչացած ռադիոյի պես կրկնելը ի ցույց է դնում սեփական ուղեղի ցածր մակարդակը:
