Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մի շաբաթից ավելի է ամբողջ աշխարհին մուննաթ ենք անում, թե ինչու այսպես չեն անում, կամ այնպես են անում։ Ռուսաստանի վրա մուննաթ ենք գալիս, որ զենք է վաճառում ու չի աջակցում մեզ քաղաքականապես։ Մուննաթ ենք գալիս ԵՄ-ի վրա, որ չի դատապարտում Ադրբեջանին այնպես, ինչպես մենք կցանկանայինք, հիասթափվում ենք ԱՄՆ-ից, որ էլի դեկլարատիվ հայտարարություններով է բավարարվում։ Այս ամենը կա ու օբյեկտիվորեն էլ այդ ամենը դրական էմոցիաներ չեն հարուցում, բայց մուննաթից զատ, քանի՞ անգամ ենք հարց տալիս, թե իսկ մենք ի՞նչ ենք անում։
Տեսեք, վերադառնանք Ռուսաստանի օրինակին։ Ինչում է կայանում մեր արդարացի բողոքը․ ասում ենք Ռուսաստան ջան, դու՝ լինելով մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակից, զինում ես մեր ոխերիմ թշնամուն և ուժեղացնում ես նրան։ Միանգամայն արդարացի է։ Սակայն արդարացի է նաև այն պնդումը, որ երբ գնում ես ու հանգստանում ես Թուրքիայում ու փող ես ծախսում այնտեղ, դու այդ կերպ հարստացնում ես մի պետության, որն իրականում քո թիվ մեկ ամենավտանգավոր թշնամին է, և որը քո մյուս ոխերիմ թշնամու ամենամոտ դաշնակիցն է, ով օգնում է զենքով, փորձով ու զորքով։ Դա նորմա՞լ, երբ հազարավոր ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ Թուրքիայից են թուրքական ապրանք բերում՝ հարստացնելով թուրք տնտեսվարողին ու արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնում հենց Թուրքիա, երբ առնվազն մի շարք այլ երկրներ կարելի է հանգիստ գնալ նույն արտագնա աշխատանքն անելու։
Նշածս երևույթը եզակի չէ։ Հազարավոր ու տասնյակ հազարավոր հայեր անում են դա ու հզորացնում են մեր թշնամու ռազմավարական դաշնակցին, ով նաև մեր թշնամին է, և ցավոք, վստահ եմ, որ ինչ-որ քանակություն անգամ այսքանից հետո շարունակելու է անել դա։ Սակայն դա չարյաց փոքրագույնն է։ Ամենամեծ չարիքն այն է, որ մեր քաղաքացիներից յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է հասականա իր անձնական պատասխանատվությունը պետության, հայրենիքի ու սեփական ժողովրդի առաջ, որովհետև մեկ մարդու արածն էլ կարող է որոշիչ լինել, մեկ մարդու չարածն էլ։
Այնպես որ, մինչև աշխարհին մուննաթ անելը ու պահանջելը, որ փոխեն իրենց վերաբերմունքը մեր ու մեր խնդիրների նկատմամբ, պետք է ինքներս փոխենք մեր վերաբերմունքը ու մեր ընկալում սեփական շահերի, սեփական անվտնագության ու սեփական ապագայի նկատմամբ։ Սկսենք հենց մեզնից ու եթե անենք ամենն ինչպես հարկն է՝ աշխարհն էլ դեմքով կշրջվի դեպի մեզ։
