Վ.Օսկանյանի այս «պատասխանները» բազմաթիվ հարցեր են առաջացնում: Մի քանիսը գրեմ:

Նախ, ինչու՞ է Վ.Օսկանյանն իրեն պարտավորված համարում պատասխանել Ռ.Քոչարյանի իշխանության հատվածում Լ.Տեր-Պետրոսյանի կողմից արձանագրվող մի շարք բացթողումներին և թերացումներին: Վ.Օսկանյանը Ռ.Քոչարյանի ի՞նչ է, և արդյո՞ք Ռ.Քոչարյանն այս պարագայում լիազորել է Վ.Օսկանյանին իր փոխարեն պարզաբանումներ, հերքումներ կամ բացատրություններ տալու համար: ... Երկրորդ, Վ.Օսկանյանն արդեն մի քանի անգամ խոսում է այն մասին, որ Ռ.Քոչարյանի իշխանության տարիներին Հայաստանը գրանցել է տնտեսական կտրուկ աճ (ըստ նրա՝ երկնիշ): Ուրեմն, պարոն Վ.Օսկանյանը, միտումնավոր կամ չիմանալով, շփոթում է տնտեսական աճը տնտեսական զարգացման հետ: Ռ.Քոչարյանի տարիներին Հայաստանը սկսեց ստանալ այն ժամանակների համար շատ մեծ ֆինանսական ներհոսք, ինչը, սակայն, համարժեք կերպով չարտահայտվեց երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման մեջ: Տնտեսական աճն ու տնտեսական զարգացումը տարբեր կերպ են չափում. տնտեսական աճը՝ փաստացի երկիր մտած և երկրում եղած ֆինանսական միջոցներով, տնտեսական զարգացումը՝ բնակչության բարեկեցության մակարդակով և այլն: Այնպես որ, պարոն Վ.Օսկանյան, մի մոլորեցրեք մարդկանց, թե տնտեսական աճը նշանակում է բարեկեցություն:

Երրորդ, Վ.Օսկանյանն ասում է, որ «որովհետև մենք ունենք Ղարաբաղի խնդիր, մենք առավել ևս և հնարավորինս շուտ պետք է սխալների ու բացթողումների համար իշխանություններից հաշիվ պահանջենք:»
Կներե՜ք, բայց այդ նույն խնդիրները մենք ունեինք նախորդ նախագահի և Ձեր օրոք, երբ Դուք արտգործնախարար էիք, և ի՞նչ... Դուք Ձեր սխալների և բացթողումների համար ինչ-որ պատասխանատվություն կրե՞լ եք: Եթե այդքան հասկացող եք, ինքնուրույն, առանց սպասելու պետության նախաձեռնության, ասեք, թե ինչ սխալներ եք արել և ինչ պատասխանատվություն է հասնում դրանց համար: Չե՛ք ասել, չե՛ք էլ ասելու, այնպես որ պահանջատիրությունը նախ ինքներդ ձեզնից սկսեք:

Եվ չորրորդ (իրականում ոչ վերջին) դիտարկումը. Վ.Օսկանյանն ասում է, որ «Որովհետև մեր գլխին կախված է պատերազմի վտանգը, մենք առավել ևս և հնարավորինս շուտ պետք է գնանք քաղաքական արմատական բարեփոխումների, ամրապնդենք ժողովրդավարությունը և ստեղծենք ամուր պետություն»:
Նորի՜ց կներե՜ք, բայց պատերազմի վտանգը կախված է մեզ վրա արդեն 25 տարի, նաև Ձեր՝ նախարար եղած հատվածում, բայց ո՛չ Դուք, ո՛չ այն իշխանությունը, որի մաս կազմում էիք Դուք, ոչինչ չարեց երկրում քաղաքական արմատական բարեփոխումների, ժողովրդավարության և պետության ամրապնդման համար: Մարտի մեկը՝ որպես դրա անհերքելի ապացույց:
