Ընդդիմություն՝ իշխանության բարձր հովանու ներքո կամ ո՞վ է հովանավորում «ընդդիմադիր» ԲՀԿ-ին

Շուրջ մեկ տարի առաջ իրեն ընդդիմադիր հորջորջող «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան»-ին այսօր կառավարությունը մայրաքաղաքի սրտում գրասենյակ հատկացվեց: Հանրապետության հրապարակից քիչ հեռու գտնվող 628 քառակուսի մետրանոց տարածքը ԲՀԿ-ին վարձակալության հանձնվեց 5 տարով ամսական 125 հազար դրամով, ինչը մոտավոր հաշվարկներով շուկայականից 15 անգամ էժան է:
Ի տարբերություն ԲՀԿ-ի՝ մյուս ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները գրասենյակային տարածքներ չեն ստացել: Ավելին, նրանցից շատերը, ինչպես, օրինակ, Ժառանգությունը, միջոցների բացակայության պատճառով ստիպված փակել են իրենց՝ քաղաքի կենտրոնական հատվածներում գտնվող գրասենյակները: Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ ոչ պակաս ընդդիմադիր Ժառանգությանը պետության տարածքներից արտոնյալ պայմաններով օգտվելու հնարավորություն չի տրվել:
Նույնը՝ ՀԱԿ-ի պարագայում: Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանն էլ պնդել է՝ իրենք կառավարությունից ոչինչ չեն ստացել: Ավելին, ժամանակին Հայ ազգային կոնգրես դաշինքի մաս կազմող կուսակցության գրասենյակը կառավարությունը խլել էր․ - «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին ասել էր Զուրաբյանը:
Ավելին, բազմաթիվ են եղել դեպքերը, որ կառավարությունը կամ մասնակիորեն, կամ ամբողջովին խլել է ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերին հատկացված տարածքները՝ ուղղակի սպառնալիք ստեղծելով այդ կուսակցությունների գործունեության համար: Մինչդեռ խիստ ընդդիմադիր ԲՀԿ-ն գոյատևում է կառավարության բարձր հովանու ներքո:
Շարունակում են օդում կախված մնալ ԲՀԿ-ի՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կողմից ֆինանսավորվելու մասին լուրերը: Մնում է հասկանալ, թե վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ինչի՞ն է պետք ԲՀԿ-ն, և ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի նրա կողմից ԲՀԿ-ի վրա ինչ-որ գումար ծախսելը: Սակայն այն փաստը, որ խրոխտաձայն տիկնոջ ղեկավարած խիստ ընդդիմադիր ուժը ապրում է իշխանությունների հովանավորությամբ և ջերմոցային պայմաններում և դեռ նպատակ ունի մոլորեցնել հանրությանը՝ որպես ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություն հայցելով նրա քվեն, փաստ է:
Մեր խնդիրը, թերևս, մեկն է. հետևողականորեն հանրությանը ներկայացնել քաղաքականության մեջ վխտող լեյտենանտ Շմիդտի որդիներին և թույլ չտալ, որ հերթական անգամ հանրությանը խաբելով՝ խցկվեն խորհրդարան:
