Արմեն Հովասափյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմին հաջորդած հրադադարի պայմաններում իրավիճակը թուլ է տալիս դեպքերին նայել առավել սթափ, ավելին` փորձել ստեղծված իրավիճակից դասեր քաղել:
Պատերազմի հենց սկզբում պարզ դարձավ, որ մեր միակ դաշնակիցը մեր ուժն է: Չնայած այն փաստին, որ ՌԴ-ն Ադրբեջանին ահռելի մասշտաբների զենք է վաճառել, ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով շարունակում է ձգձգել Հայաստանին տրամադրվելիք 200 մլն դոլարի վարկը, որը, ինչպես հայտնի է, պետք է ծառայեր ռազմական ծախսերին:
Այն տեսակետը, որ տարածաշրջանում սպասվում են նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներ, կարծես թե դառնում է իրական: Պատերազմական օրերից հետո Հայաստանում նկատելիորեն ակտիվացան հակառուսական գաղափարները: Այդ ալիքը կարծես թե աստիճանաբար փորձում է ստանալ ձնագնդի էֆեկտ:
Այս ամենին, սակայն, պետք է նայել մի փոքր այլ «ռակուրսից»: Հնչող տեսակետները, թե ՀՀ-ն պետք է դադարեցնի ԵՏՄ անդամակցությունը, դուրս գա ՀԱՊԿ կազմից, քանի որ դա ձևական կառույց է, այդքան էլ իրատեսական չեն, այլ ավելի շատ զգացմունքային դաշտի խոսակցություններ են: Քանզի նշված կառույցների հետ համագործակցությունը դադարեցնելուց դեպքում ՀՀ-ն պետք է անվտանգության նոր համակարգ մտածի, որը կարծես դեռ չի նշմարվում:
Եթե հարցին նայում ենք «ռեալ պոլիտիկի» դիրքերից՝ նրբություններ, այնուամենայնիվ, առկա են կապված նաև այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ այսօր Արևմուտքը, ինչպես և ՆԱՏՕ-ն, չեն կարող հանդիսանալ տարածաշրջանային խաղացող: Ավելին, ՀՀ-ն, ներկա փուլում, ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ խորը համագործակցության շանսեր գրեթե չունի:
Իրականում հակառուսականության դրսոևորումները խոր արմատներ Հայաստանում չունեն, այլ բան է, որ որոշ խմբեր, այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով թեման ակտիվ զարգացնում են:
Փաստենք հետևյալը. այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ քսան օր առաջ Արցախում, լուրջ հետևությունների, ինչու չէ, նաև հետագա քայլերում առավել ռեալ և ռացիոնալ որոշումներ կայացնելու տեղիք է տալիս:
