Ռազմական հակադրությունը և դիվանագիտական նոր խաղաքարտեր ձեռք բերելու անհրաժեշտությունը

Ապրիլյան «քառօրյա» պատերազմը լուրջ տեղաշարժեր առաջ բերեց հանրային ընկալման մեջ: Առավել ակնառու դարձավ այն մտայնությունը, թե երկրի համար առաջին տեղում անվտանգության ապահովումն է, իսկ անվտանգության ապահովման տեսանկյունից առանցքային ուղղությունը ռազմական ոլորտն է, ուստի երկրի հիմնական ներուժը պետք է ուղղել այս ոլորտի զարգացմանը, նոր զենքերի ձեռքբերմանը, ինչու չէ նաև արտադրությանը` ի սպաս դնելով նաև տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների հնարավորությունները:
Հասկանալի է, որ Ադրբեջանը ամեն տարի միլիարդավոր դոլարներ ծախսելով զենք գնելու համար, փորձում է ի ցույց դնել, թե նորագույն և մեծաքանակ զենքի ձեռքբերումն իր համար ռազմական գերակայություն կապահովվի ՀՀ-ի և Արցախի նկատմամբ: Սակայն Ադրբեջանը հաշվին չի առնում, որ դեպի հաղթանակ տանող ճանապարհը գլխավորապես կախված է ոչ այնքան զենքի քանակությունից, որքան որ ճշգրիտ մարտավարական և ռազմավարական քայլերի մշակումից` հատկապես այն պարագայում, երբ ժամանակակից աշխարհում գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր զենքի դեմ կա հակազենք:
Ներկայիս աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումների պարագայում պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ շատ հաճախ հաղթանակի հասնելու և ձեռքբերումներ ունենալու ճանապարհին դիվանագիտությունը ևս առաջնային դեր է կատարում: Միջազգային փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ դիվանագիտությունը երբեմն ավելի մեծ դեր է կատարում, քան սպառազինություների առկայությունը, քանի որ քիչ չեն այն դեպքերը, երբ մի երկրի ռազմական հաղթանակն ի վերջո վեր է ածվել դիվանագիտական պարտության:
Այսպիսով` կարող ենք նշել, որ ռազմական ոլորտի առաջընթացը խթանելու հետ մեկտեղ, չպետք է աչքաթող անել դիվանագիտական դաշտում ընթացող պայքարը: Անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնամուխ լինել դիվանագիտական նոր խաղաքարտեր ձեռք բերելու հարցում:
