Կազատագրվի՞ արդյոք «Իսլամական պետության» մայրաքաղաքը. որքա՞ն է ակնկալվող ռազմագործողության հաջողության հավանականությունը

Սիրիայում և Իրաքում հակաահաբեկչական միջազգային ռազմական կոալիցիայի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ, ամերիկացի գնդապետ Սթիվեն Ուորենը հայտարարել է, որ «Իսլամական պետություն»(ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունը Սիրիայում սեփական «մայրաքաղաքը» հռչակած ալ-Ռակա քաղաքում արտակարգ իրավիճակ է հայտարարել: Բանն այն է, որ ահաբեկչական կառույցը լուրջ սպառնալիք է զգում քաղաքի մոտալուտ պաշարման և ակնկալվող ազատագրման գործողության հետ կապված. այդ իսկ պատճառով ԻՊ-ը ևս ամենայն լրջությամբ նախապատրաստվում է այդ դիմակայությանը՝քաղաքի տարբեր շրջաններում տեղակայելով զինյալների միավորումներ՝ ցանկացած պահի հնարավոր ներխուժմանը դիմագրավելու նպատակով:

Ըստ ամերիկացի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի՝ «Ակնհայտ է, որ հակառակորդը լուրջ սպառնալիք է զգում, ինչը բնական է: Զինյալները դիմադրություն են զգում արևելքից «Սիրիական ժողովրդավարական ուժերի»(ՍԺՈւ), արևմուտքից՝ «Սիրիական արաբական կոալիցիայի» կողմից»: Ընդ որում, Պենտագոնի տվյալների համաձայն, ալ-Ռակայում է գտնվում նաև ԻՊ-ի առաջնորդ Աբու Բաքր ալ-Բաղդադին:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՍԺՈւ-ի մամուլի հարցերով պատասխանատու Թաջիր Քոբանին ևս հաստատել է ընթացիկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ալ-Ռակայում ԻՊ-ի դեմ վճռորոշ ռազմագործողություն նախաձեռնելու հավանականության մասին:

ԻՊ-ի սիրիական «մայրաքաղաքում» տիրող խուճապային իրավիճակի մասին է խոսում նաև վերջին օրերին քաղաքում լայն տարածում ստացած տարաբնույթ պատժամիջոցներն իրենց բնակավայրերը լքել ցանկացող խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում, ինչպես նաև՝ զանգվածային մահապատիժներն ահաբեկչական կառույցի դասալիքների նկատմամբ:

Վերոնշյալը հաշվի առնելով՝ այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է նշել, որ կոալիցիոն ուժերի պատասխանատուների հայտարարությունները նախ և առաջ պետք է դիտարկել քարոզչական և հոգեբանական հարթության մեջ, քանի որ ալ-Ռակայի ազատագրման վճռորոշ ռազմագործողության մասին պարբերաբար խոսվում է արդեն շուրջ 1 տարի:

Մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ ԻՊ-ի դեմ վճռական պայքար սկսելու իրողությունը մեծապես խարսխված է նաև Սիրիայի տարբեր շրջաններում ծավալվող գործընթացներից: Այս համատեքստում, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով Սիրիայի հյուսիսում՝ Հալեպի, Իդլիբի նահանգներում և Լաթակիայի հյուսիս-արևելյան որոշ հատվածում ստեղծված որոշ իրողություններ, մասնավորապես տարբեր ծայրահեղական խմբավորումների կողմի սեփական ինքնուրույն կառավարման միավորներ ստեղծելու նկրտումները, այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է նշել, որ նման պայմաններում ԻՊ-ի վերջնական ոչնչացման գործընթաց ակնկալելը տրամաբանական չէ, քանի որ սիրիական քաոսի արտաքին դերակատարների ռազմավարության ուղղություններից մեկն էլ ծայրահեղական բնույթի տարաբնույթ խմբավորումների միջև առճակատման հարթակ ստեղծելն է:
