ՀՀ «աղքատ» պաշտոնյաները. սոցիալական ծանր վիճակ` ըստ ներկայացված հայտարարագրերի

Ի տարբերություն, ասենք, Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպան Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանի` բավականին համեստ են Լեհաստանում ՀՀ դեսպան, Վայոց ձորի նախկին մարզպետ Էդգար Ղազարյանի եկամուտները: Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ, պարոն Ղազարյանը, ըստ իր ներկայացրած հայտարարագրի, որևէ անշարժ կամ շարժական գույք, արժեթուղթ կամ այլ միջոցներ չի օտարել և ձեռք չի բերել, և աշխատանքի վարձատրության և/կամ դրան հավասարեցված այլ վճարումների միջոցով ստացել է 4,041,879 դրամ եկամուտ:
Աղքատների թվին է պատկանում նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի խորհրդական, 14 տարի Կոտայքի մարզը ղեկավարած Կովալենկո Շահգալդյանը, ով նույնպես անցած ֆինանսական տարում ոչինչ ձեռք չի բերել և չի օտարել և աշխատավձի տեսքով ստացել է ընդամենը 3,944,000 դրամ եկամուտ: Հավանաբար այդ գումարով չկարողանալով հոգալ ընտանիքի ծախսերը` պարոն Շահգալդյանը ծախսել է նաև իր խնայողություններից` 400 000 դրամով նվազեցնելով իր 1,600,000 դրամ կազմող դրամական և 2000 դոլարով նվազեցնելով իր 9000 դոլար կազմող դոլարային միջոցները:
ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Աֆրիկյանը ևս, պարզվում է, բավական համեստ կարողություններ ունի: Համենայն դեպս, նա այդպիսին է ներկայանում, երբ ուսումնասիրում ենք նրա ներկայացրած գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագիրը:
Անցած ֆինանսական տարում Աֆրիկյանը որևէ անշարժ կամ շարժական գույք, արժեթուղթ կամ այլ միջոցներ չի օտարել և ձեռք չի բերել: Փոխնախարարը եկամուտ չի ստացել նաև որևէ փոխառությունից, փոխարենը 700 000 դրամով աճել են նրա դրամական միջոցները` 16,500,000.00-ից հասնելով 17,200,000.00-ի: Նվազել է, սակայն, Աֆրիկյանի դոլարային «հոգեպահուստը»` 4500-ից հասնելով 4000-ի, բայց սրան հակառակ աճել են նրա միջոցները եվրոյով` 5400-ից հասնելով 6674-ի:
Տարօրինակ է, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ընդամենը 5,786,640 դրամ աշխատավարձ ստացած և «կողքից» որևէ այլ եկամուտ չստացած Արթուր Աֆրիկյանը կարողացել է ոչ միայն գոյատևել իր աշխատավարձով, այլ մի բան էլ «հետ գցել»: Գոնե լոլիկաբուծությամբ զբաղվեր: Համենայն դեպս մեր երկրում գոնե վարչապետի մակարդակով այդպես են գումարներ կուտակել...
