Ինչ կլինի, եթե Վրաստանում հանգստացողների 1/10-րդ մասը հանգստանա Արցախում

Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
2015 թվականին Վրաստան այցելել է 1 միլիոն 467 հազար ՀՀ քաղաքացի, որոնց գերակշիռ մասը եղել է զբոսաշրջիկ։ Այս թիվը կազմում է 2015-ին Վրաստան այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների գրեթե քառորդ մասը։ Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ Վրաստանը զբոսաշրջությունից միայն անցած տարի 1,5 միլիարդ դոլար եկամուտ է ունեցել, ապա դժվար չէ կռահել, որ միայն հայերը այդ 1,5 միլիարդի մեջ առնվազն մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն կազմող բաժին ունեն։
Հիմա գանք մեր իրականություն։ Կարելի է ասել, որ Հայաստանում չկա ներգնա տուրիզմ։ Արցախում՝ առավել ևս։ Բայց ինչո՞ւ։ Չեմ ասում, որ տարեկան 1,5 միլիոն մարդ պետք է գնա Արցախ (չնայած, որ վատ չէր լինի)։ Նույնիսկ չեմ պատրաստավում պոպուլիստական ճառեր կարդալ՝ Վրաստանն ու այլ ուղղությունները հակադրելով ներգնա տուրիզմի ու հատկապես դրա՝ արցախյան ուղղության հետ։
Բայց մի՞թե իրատեսական չէ ակնկալել, որ Վրաստան գնացողների գոնե 1/10-րդ մասը ամռանը գնա Արցախ ու այդ մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն դոլարից մի քանի տասնյակ միլիոնը ծախսի Արցախում։ Ընդհանուր երկրի մասշտաբներով մի քանի տասնյակ միլիոն դոլարը գլոբար հարցեր լուծող մեծություն չէ, բայց Արցախի համար դա հսկայական բան կարող է դառնալ, առավել ևս, որ այդ գումարը ամբողջությամբ գնալու է Արցախի ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻԱԿԱՆ ենթակառուցվածք, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա ստեղծել նոր՝ ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻԱԿԱՆ աշխատատեղեր, կաշխուժացի տնտեսության ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻԱԿԱՆ սեգմանտը, կզարգացնի ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻԱԿԱՆ ենթակառուցվածքները ու կխթանի մրցակցությունը ծառայությունների և սպասարկման ոլորտում։
Ու այնպես չէ, որ այս առաջարկին համաձայնվելիս ինչ-որ կորուստներ է մարդ կրում։ Հաստատ Արցախն ու մնացյալ Հայաստանը ինչ որ անտեր չոլ չեն, որտեղ ոչ տեսնելու բան կա, ոչ էլ հաճելի հանգիստ ունենալու հնարավորություն։ Կրկնեմ․ խնդիր չունեմ հակադրելու տուրիստական տարբեր ուղղություններ, բայց երբ դուք հանգստանում եք Վրաստանում, դրանից Հայաստանը ոչ մի օգուտ չի ստանում, իսկ եթե նույն գումարային սահմաններում Ձեր հանգիստն անցկացնեք Արցախում, դուք ոչինչ չեք կորցնի, իսկ այ մեր երկիրը կշահի։ Համենայն դեպս ես իմ այս տարվա արձակուրդից գոնե մի քանի օրը անպայմանորեն անց եմ կացնելու Արցախում։
