Չինաստանի հետ տնտեսական համագործակցության նոր հարթակ է ստեղծվում

Հայաստանը, դառնալով Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ (ԵԱՏՄ), կորցրեց Եվրաասոցացման համաձայնագիրը ստորագրելու հնարավորությունը: Վերջինիս ստորագրումը հնարավորություն կտար արտոնյալ պայմաններ ստանալ մի շարք ապրանքատեսակների ներմուծման հարցում: Սակայն ասել, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության կազմում այդպիսի արտոնություններ չկան, բնավ սխալ կինի:
 
Նախ և առաջ, Ռուսաստանի հետ ունեցած խոշոր տնտեսական կապերը հնարավորություն են տալիս օգտվել ոչ պակաս խոշոր արտոնություններից, դրանից բացի, արդեն որպես խոշորածավալ տնտեսական սուբյեկտ, ԵԱՏՄ-ն իր հերթին արտոնյալ պայմաններով համաձայնագրեր է ձեռք բերում մի շարք տնտեսական սուբյեկտների հետ և դրա արդյունքում ձեռք բերված համաձայնություններն էլ իրենց հերթին ազդում են նաև մեր արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության վրա:
 
Այս ենթատեքստում առանձնակի ուշադրության է արժանի Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի 2015 թվականի մայիսի 8-ի որոշումը, որի համաձայն` Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների կառավարությունների հետ համատեղ սկսում է բանակցություններ Չինաստանի Ժողովրդավարական Հանրապետության (ՉԺՀ) հետ` առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության համաձայնագրի կնքման շուրջ: Համաձայնագիրը կնպաստի առևտրի դյուրացմանն ու խթանմանը, թափանցիկության բարձրացմանը, ինչպես նաև գործարարության և առևտրի բարեխիղճ մասնակիցների շահերի պաշտպանությանն ուղղված առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների լիարժեք զարգացման հիմք կդառնա:
 
Կպարզեցվեն առևտրային ընթացակարգերը (մաքսային, տեխնիկական, սանիտարական և բուսասանիտական կարգավորում, մրցակցային քաղաքականություն, մտավոր սեփականության պաշտպանություն, էլեկտրոնային առևտուր, շրջակա միջավայր և այլն): Համաձայնագրով կկարգավորվեն նաև ճյուղային փոխգործակցության զարգացման համատեղ ինստիտուտների ստեղծմանն ուղղված հարցերը:
 
ՉԺՀ-ի շուկայով հետաքրքրվող և արդեն իսկ այնտեղ գործունեություն ծավալող գործարար համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների տնտեսական գործունեության համար սա լուրջ խթան կլինի: Բազմաթիվ և բազմապիսի են այն ապրանքատեսակները, որոնք մեր երկիր են ներմուծվում Չինաստանից, և այս համաձայնագիրը անկասկած մեծ ազդեցություն կունենա ինչպես մեր երկրի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության, այնպես էլ ներքին շուկայի զարգացվածության վրա, ինչը, որպես վերջնաարդյունք, իր նպաստը կբերի նաև սպառողներին:
