Դիմեցի քաղաքապետարան, որից հետո շատ զարմացա

Աշոտ Ասատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մոտ մի երկու ամիս առաջ մի խնդիր ունեցա՝ Parking City ընկերությունը տուգանել էր ինձ 5000 դրամ: Տուգանքը պարտաճանաչ վճարել էի, բայց բանկի աշխատակցի մեղավորությամբ այն ճիշտ չէր մուտքագրվել և մեկ ամիս անց քաղաքապետարանը դիմել էր ԴԱՀԿ-ին և վերջիններս հաշիվներս սառացրել էին՝ 7500 դրամի չափով: Դրա մասին իմանալուց հետո Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում դիմում գրեցի, ներկայացրեցի վճարած կտրոնս ու մի քանի օր հետո հաշիվներս պետք է բացվեր: Սակայն հաշիվներս բացվեց 5000 դրամի չափով, իսկ մնացած 2500 դրամը, որը ԴԱՀԿ-ի աշխատանքի վարձն է ստացվեց, որ ես պետքա վճարեմ: Ես, որ պարտաճանաչ վճարել եմ իմ կատարած խախտումի համար, պետք է մի հատ էլ բանկի պատճառով վճարում անեի: Հրաժարվեցի այդ գումարը վճարեմ, ԴԱՀԿ-ի աշխատակիցը խորհուրդ տվեց դիմեմ քաղաքապետարան, քանի որ իմ դեմ բողոքը ներկայացրել էին իրենք:
Ճիշտն ասած ժամանակ չէի ունենում քաղաքապետարան դիմելու համար, մտածում էի ավելորդ քաշքշուքի մեջ եմ ընկնելու գործերս մնալու են և այլն: Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ հաշվեհամարներս ինձ պետք եկան ու որոշեցի զբաղվել այդ հարցով: Դիմեցի քաղաքապետարան, որից հետո շատ զարմացա: Նախ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցներ՝ Զավենը և Տիրանը, ազգանունները չեմ հիշեմ, թող ներող լինեն, կապնվեցին ինձ հետ: Առաց ժամանակս վատնելու, հեռախոսով մի քանի անգամ զրուցեցիք և քննարկեցինք խնդիրը: Այսօր զանգ ստացա քաղապետարանից և աշխատակիցը հայտնեց, որ իրենք դիմել են ԴԱՀԿ և հաշիվներս արդեն բաց են, այդ խնդիրն էլ լուծված է, քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցն էլ խնդրեց իր համարը գրանցեմ մոտս և եթե մի բան այնպես եղած չլինի իրեն տեղյակ պահեմ: Ես քաշքշուկների մեջ չընկա, հաշիվներս բացվեցին ու իմացա, որ այդ կառույցում աշխատում են իրոք նորմալ ու գրագետ մարդիկ, որ պատրաստ են լսեն խնդիրդ ու հարկ եղած դեպքում էլ ընդառաջեն: Եվ քանի որ մենք վատը միշտ բարձրաձայնում ենք, ուրեմն պարտավոր ենք նաև լավի մասին խոսենք, որպեսզի մյուս աշխատակիցների համար օրինակ լինի:
Այս ամենը գրում եմ նաև նրա համար, որ բոլորս հասկանանք, որ տանը նստած բողոքելով ոչինչ չի փոխվելու: Քեզ հուզող հարցերի կամ խնդիրների լուծման համար ուղղակի պետք է զբաղվես այդ հարցով, պետք է ուշադիր լինես, որ ամեն բան ճիշտ կատարվի ու կտեսնենք, որ գնալով մեր խնդիրները պակասում են: Խնդիրը չի լուծվում գումարը վճարելով, ես էլ կարող էի վճարեի այդ 2500 դրամը ու 3 ամիս առաջ հաշիվներս բացեի, բայց մենք պետք է փորձենք իրար օգնելով այդ հարցերը վերացնենք:
