Հնդկաստանը, որի էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը մեծապես կախված է ածխի խտանյութից, որի մասնաբաժինը էներգիայի արտադրության մեջ 70 % է, որոշել է ևս մեկ ուժեղ հայտ ներկայացնել այսպես կոչված «կանաչ հեղափոխության» համար, գրում է overclockers.ru-ն:
Հնդկաստանի կառավարության պլանների համաձայն՝ երկիրը 20 միլիարդ դոլար կծախսի «էկոլոգիական էներգետիկայի» ոլորտում խիստ հավակնոտ նախագծի իրականացման համար։ Դաշնային պաշտոնյաները ծրագրում են կառուցել Հավդա անունով վերականգնվող էներգիայի պարկ: Նոր նախագիծը կիրականացվի Արևմտյան Հնդկաստանի անապատային տարածքում և կգրավի Փարիզից 5 անգամ ավելի մեծ տարածք։ Չափերն այնքան տպավորիչ են, որ այն հեշտ կլինի նկատել նույնիսկ տիեզերքից։ Այս մասին հայտնում է հայտնի Forbes ամսագիրը։
Շինարարությունը կիրականացնի «Ադանի Գրին Էներջի»-ն, որի ղեկավարությամբ շարքային աշխատողներն ու ինժեներները կտեղադրեն հողմային տուրբիններ և արևային մարտկոցների զանգվածներ, որոնք միասին կզբաղեցնեն 500 քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածք։ Էներգետիկ ընկերության նախագծողների հաշվարկների համաձայն՝ կանաչ էներգիայի արտադրության նման զանգվածը պետք է բավարար լինի առնվազն 16 միլիոն հնդկական տնային տնտեսություններին էներգիա ապահովելու համար։ Ուշագրավ է նաև վիթխարի նախագծի աշխարհագրական դիրքը. դա աղի անապատ է, որտեղ, օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով, չկան հազվագյուտ կենդանիներ, բուսականություն, մարդկային բնակավայրեր։ Գլխավոր հատակագծով ամեն այս ամենին հատկացված է 5 տարի շարունակական շինարարական աշխատանք։ Ավելին, ծրագրի նպատակների իրականացումը գործնական կարևորություն ունի, քանի որ Հնդկաստանում բնակիչների թվի արագ աճի շնորհիվ էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկը համաչափորեն աճում է:
