Ի՞նչ եզրակացություն կանեն Հայաստանի իշխանությունները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հայաստանը մասնակցելու է հոկտեմբերին Կազանում կայանալիք ԲՐԻԿՍ գագաթաժողովին: Թե որքանով են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վերջապես «գլխի ընկել» ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին ինտեգրվելու առավելությունների ու հնարավորությունների մասին, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, առաջին հերթին այն հանգամանքը, թե ինչ մակարդակով ներկայացված կլինի մեր երկիրը: Երեկ տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում, որ հնարավոր է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մասնակցի: Իսկ մինչ այդ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին լիիրավ անդամակցության հայտ է ներկայացրել Թուրքիան: Հայտը կարող է քննարկվել հենց հոկտեմբերին՝ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի գագաթաժողովին:
Ինչի՞ մասին է խոսում Անկարայի այս քայլը: Նախ՝ փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ արդեն 35 տարուց ավելի չի կարողանում անդամակցել Եվրամիությանը: Բայց հազիվ թե սա լիներ գլխավոր պատճառը, որովհետև նույն Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները դեռ տարիներ առաջ ակնարկել են, որ իրենց հիմա դա առանձնապես շատ չի հետաքրքրում՝ «կլինի-կլինի, չի լինի-չի լինի» տարբերակով: Ըստ փորձագետների, այստեղ կան խորքային այլ պատճառներ: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ԵՄ-ն Թուրքիայի համար արտաքին խոշորագույն շուկան է: Հիմա փաստացի ԵՄ-ի՝ ինքնին ծանր կացության մեջ հայտնվելն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, անհանգստացրել է Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին:
Բնական է, որ ԵՄ-ից ներմուծման ծավալները, հիմնականում՝ հումքանյութային ապրանքների մասով, որոնց վրա էր կառուցված Թուրքիայի արտադրական հզորությունների մի զգալի մասը, էապես՝ միայն վերջին ութ ամսում մոտ 28 մլրդ դոլարով նվազել է: Սա թուրքական արտադրողների շրջանում լուրջ խնդիրներ է ստեղծել, ինչին զուգահեռ ավելացել է սպառողական ապրանքների ներքին պահանջարկը: Հասկանալի է, որ Թուրքիայում հիանալի հասկանում են, որ արևմտյան ներդրողները էապես նվազեցրել են իրենց մասնակցությունը տնտեսության մեջ: Ըստ այդմ, փաստացի, Թուրքիան լրջորեն է տրամադրվել այլընտրանքներ գտնել, որոնցից մեկն էլ հենց ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին անդամակցելու հայտն է:
Ի վերջո, չմոռանանք, որ BRICS երկրներին բաժին է ընկնում Երկիր մոլորակի տարածքի 34 %-ը և բնակչության 45,2%-ը։ ՀՆԱ-ն գնողունակության համարժեքով կազմել է համաշխարհային արժեքի 36,7 %-ը։ Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին անդամակցելու մտադրություն ունի նաև Ադրբեջանը, ապա պատկերն առավել քան պարզ կդառնա: Մնում է՝ այս ամենից իրապես եզրակացություններ անեն Հայաստանի իշխանությունները:
