Արևային էներգիայի նոր տեսլականը

Մարդկության էվոլուցիայի զարգացմանը զուգահեռ զարգանում է նաև կենցաղն ու մարդու ապրելու կենսապայմանները: Համաշխարհային պրակտիկայում բավականին կիրառելի է դարձել արևային էներգիայի օգտագործումը, որպես այլընտրանքային էներգիայի աղբյուր: Արևային էներգիա ասվածը արևային լույսի փոխարկումն է էլեկտրականության: Էներգիայի փոխարկման համակարգերի մեջ օգտագործվում են ոսպնյակներ կամ հայելիներ կենտրոնացնելու համար լույսի մեծ տարածք փոքր հեծանի վրա։
Արևային էնեկտրակայններն առաջին անգամ ստեղծվել են 1980-ական թվականներին։ Առաջինը եղել է Կալիֆոռնիայում։ Այսօր արևային էներգիայի արտադրության ոլորտում աշխարհի առաջատար երկրներն են՝ ԱՄՆ, Իսպանիա, Չինաստան, Գերմանիա, Իտալիա, Հնդկաստան: Աշխարհի ամենահզոր արևային էլեկտրակայանը գտնվում է Հնդկաստանում. այն Չարանկա Սոլար Փարկն է, հզորությունը կազմում է 214 մեգավատտ։
ՀՀ-ում այս ոլորտ դեռ զարգացման փուլում է։ Դեռևս չկա կառուցված որևէ էլեկտրակայան։ Բայց վերականգնվող էներգիայի մշակույթը արդեն գործում է մեր երկրում։ ՀՀ-ն ունի արևային էներգիայի մեծ ներուժ:
Հայաստանի Ամերիկյան համալսարանում տեղադրված են հովացման և օդափոխման արևային համակարգեր, որոնց արևային մասի հզորությունը կազմում է 50 կՎտ, իսկ ֆոտոէլեկտրական մասի հզորությունը, որն ապահովում է ամբողջ համակարգի անխափան աշխատանքը, 5 կՎտ: Առ այսօր ՀՀՀ-ում տեղադրվել են տարբեր փոքր հզորությամբ ցուցադրական ֆոտովոլտաիկ մոդուլներ:
Արևային էլեկտրակայաններից առաքվող էլէներգիայի սակագինը մեկ կիլովատի համար կլինի 42.645 դրամ՝ առանց ԱԱՀ-ի: Սակագինը հաստատելու մասին որոշումը ՀԾԿՀ-ն ընդունել է օրերս:
Ոլորտի պատասխանատու նախարարությունն օրեր առաջ հայտնել է, որ փոքր հզորությամբ ինքնավար արևային կայանների տեղադրման համար ՀՀ-ում ստեղծված են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ պայմանները։ Կատարված օրենսդրական փոփոխություններից հետո այսուհետ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձինք սեփական կարիքները բավարարելու համար կարող են տեղադրել մինչև 150 կՎտ հզորությամբ արևային ինքնավար կայաններ, արտադրել էլեկտրաէներգիա, իսկ ավելցուկը վաճառել ՀԷՑ-ին: Այդ գրծընթացի համար լիցենզիա չի պահանջվում, ավելին՝ ամբողջ գործընթացն ազատված է հարկերից։
