Իրավիճակային ընդդիմություն

2016-ի ավարտին ու առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հերթական անգամ ակտիվացել են խոսակցությունները իշխանափոխության մասին։ Նման հռետորաբանության պակաս հայաստանյան ընդիմադիր դաշտը երբեք էլ չի ունեցել, սակայն որպես կանոն միայն նախընտրական շրջանում է առավել մեծ թափ ստանում ընդդիմադիր քննադատական պաթոսը։
Անշուշտ, քաղաքական գործընթացներում պոպուլիզմի որոշակի չափաքանակը օրինաչափություն է և տրամաբանական է, սակայն հայաստանյան ընդդիմության պարագայում, հատուկենտ բացառություններով, պոպոլիզմը վերածվել է հիմնական քաղաքական գծի։ Ըստ էության իշխանափոխության և ռեժիմի խուճապի մասին բոլ;որ խոսակցությունները պոպուլիզմից այն կողմ չանցան։ Սակայն բացի սրանից ընդդիմադիր դաշտն ուներ և ունի առավել խորը և արմատական խնդիրներ։
Խնդիրն այն է, որ ներկայիս հայաստանյան վարչակարգն ու քաղաքական համակարգը չունի այլընտրանք։ Ընդ որում այդ այլընտրանքը ոչ թե սկզբունքորեն հնարավոր չէ, այլ պարզապես չի հայտնվում ասպարեզում։ Հասկանալի է, որ ներկայիս վարչակարգի այլընտրանքը պետք է ձևավորվի հենց ընդդիմադիր դաշտից։ Սա թերևս ամենալուրջ խնդիրներից մեկն է, որի արդյունքում գրեթե հույսեր չկան, որ առաջիկայում մենք կունենանք իրական ու կազմակերպված ընդդդիմադիր բևեռ, որը բնականաբար ընդհանուր քաղաքական դաշտի ձևավորումը առավել կառուցողական հիմքերի վրա կդնի։
Նման ընդդիմամդիր բևեռի բացակայության պայմաններում քաղաքական գործընթացները ինքնաբերաբար տեղափոխվում են ներկա իշխանությունից ազատվելու, Սերժ Սարգսյանիվարչակարգը փլուզելու և այսօրինակ հռետորաբանության դաշտ։ Սակայն նույն այդ ուժերը ըստ էության որևէ հստակ ծրագիր չունեն անգամ իշխանափոխության պարագայում, քանի որ պարզ չէ, թե ինչ կլինի Հայաստանի քաղաքական համակարգի հետ, եթե ենթադրենք վաղը Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրաժարական տա և հեռանա քաղաքական գործունեությունից։ Ակնհայտ է, որ հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի որևէ ուժ չունի համապատասխան տեսլական, ծրագիր և ռազմավարություն՝ իշխանափոխության դեպքում։ Ակնհայտորեն նման պայմաններում այս մասին խոսակցությունները ճառերից այն կողմ չեն անցնում և չեն էլ կարող անցնել։
Ի դեպ հարկ է նշել որ մոտ ապագայում էլ այս իրավիճակում որևէ փոփոխություն չի ակնկալվում, քանի որ առաջիկայում ոչ իշխանական կուսակցությունները զբաղված են լինելու առավելագույնը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում նվազագույն շեմը հաղթահարելուն ուղղված ջանքերով, որը բնականաբար չի կարող համարվել կուսակցության ռազմավարություն։ Արդյունքում մենք ունենալու ենք ԱԺ-ում հայտնված կուսակցություններ կամ դաշինքներ, որոնք մեծ հաշվով այդպես էլ լուրջ քաղաքական գործոն չեն դառնալու։
