Արմեն Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ Վրաստանի վարչապետ Կիվիրիկաշվիլին հայտարարեց, որ Վրացական նավթագազային պետական ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է վաճառել Ռուսաստանից տրանզիտ ճանապարհով Հայաստան ներկրվող գազի խողովակաշարի 25% բաժնեմասը: 

Ի դեպ, 2012 թվականին Սաակաշվիլու կառավարությունը ևս հայտարարել էր, որ ցանկանում է վաճառել գազամուղի 75% բաժնեմասը, և միայն Վրաստանում կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքում փոփոխվեց իշխանություն, և Վրաստանի նավթագազային պետական ընկերությունը ժամանակավորապես կասեցրեց այդ աճուրդը: Մտահոգիչն այն է, որ ինչպես 2012 թվականին, այս անգամ էլ այս հայտարարությանը անմիջապես արձագանքեց Ադրբեջանական պետական նավթագազային ընկերությունը՝ ցանկություն հայտնելով ձեռք բերել այդ գազատարի ոչ միայն 25%, այլ 100% բաժնետոմսերը: 
Բայց արի ու տես, որ ինչպես հայտի անեկդոտում կասեր Վարդանիկը, ՀՀ կառավարությունը էս ամենը գիտե, բայց հեչ տանձին էլ չէ: Այս հարցով մտահոգ պատգամավորներից մեկի հարցադրմանը մեր կառավարության ղեկավարը անհոգ մանկան հանգստությամբ պատասխանում է՝ քանի դեռ վաճառքի է հանված միայն 25%-ը, մենք վտանգավոր ռիսկեր չենք տեսնում։ Իսկ եթե տոկոսը մեծանա, ռիսկը կմեծանա՞. այո՛, կմեծանա: 
Ինչ ռիսկի մեծ ու փոքրի մասին կարող է խոսք գնալ, ենթադրենք՝ տոկոսը չի մեծանում, և Ադրբեջանական պետական նավթագազային ընկերությունը գնում է մեր գազային երակի միայն 25% բաժնեմասը, սա նշանակում է, որ մենք՝ Հայստանի քաղաքացիներիս, ի դեմս ՀՀ կառավարության, վճարելով տրանզիտ խողովակաշարի գումարը, ակամա այդ գումարի մեկ քառորդը վճարում ենք ադրբեջանական պետական բյուջե:
