Այշվարի Ռայի գեղեցկության ու թարմության գաղտնիքները

Life.panorama.am-ը գրում է.
Հնդիկ գեղեցկուհի Այշվարի Ռայը, որը 40 տարեկան է դարձել, շարունակում է ապշեցնել իր գեղեցկությամբ, թարմությամբ: Ինչպե՞ս է հաջողվել 1994 թվականի «Միսս Հնդկաստանին» այդպես երիտասարդ մնալ: Գեղեցկուհին ներկայացրել իր թարմության յոթ գաղտնիքները:
Խիստ կարգապահությունը. Այշվարի Ռայն ասում է, որ ինքը պարտաճանաչ հետևում է իր արտաքինին և երբեք չի քնում դիմահարդարանքը չհեռացնելով, ամեն օր մշակում, խնամում է մաշկը, պարբերաբար պիլինգներ է անում: Կինը կարծում է, որ այդ հասարակ գործողությունները օգնում են պահպանել երիտասարդությունը, հետևել մաշկին, ինչի արդյունքում ինքը մնում է գեղեցիկ:
Ճիշտ սնունդը. Այշվարին բուսակեր է, սակայն իրեն մեկ-մեկ թույլ է տալիս ձուկ ուտել: Ասում է, որ չի ծխում, չի օգտագործում ալկոհոլ՝ հազվադեպ խմելով միայն ֆրանսիական կարմիր գինի:

Օրվա ռեժիմը և քունը. իր կարծիքով, իր գեղեցկության ամենամեծ գաղտնիքը քունն է, որը իրեն ազատում է կնճիռներից, աչքերի տակի պարկիկներից: Այշվարին ասում է, որ քնում է ութ ժամից ոչ քիչ, քանի որ կարծում է, որ քունը կնոջ գեղեցկության գրավականն է:
Մարզում և դիետա. Այշվարիան, ինչպես շատ հնդիկ կանայք, գիրացման հակում ունի: Սակայն դրանից ողբերգություն չի ապրում, քանի որ հետևում է իր կառուցվածքին՝ դիետա է պահում և մարզվում:
Ջուրը. աստղի առավոտը սկսվում է մեկ բաժակ կիտրոնով ջուր խմելով: Ի դեպ, այս սովորույթը տարածված է շատ աստղերի շրջանում: Դիետոլոգները վստահեցնում են, որ այն օգնում է օրգանիզմին արթնանալ՝ արագացնելով մարսողությունը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Այշվարին օրվա ընթացքում խմում է 8-10 բաժակ ջուր:

Պաշտպանություն արևից. մինչև փողոց դուրս գալը, դերասանուհին մտածում է մաշկի մասին՝ բաց հատվածներում արևից պաշտպանող քսուք քսելով:
Դիմակներ մազերի համար. Այշվարին դեմքի համար օգտագործում է պատրաստի կոսմետիկակակն միջոցներ, սակայն նույնը չի անում մազերի համար: Մազերը նա խնամում է բացառապես բնական միջոցներով: Նա սիրում է մազերին լվանալուց առաջ քսել տարբեր յուղեր, ամենահաճախը՝ կոկոսի և արմավենու:
