Մարդու մարմինը բավականին խոցելի է։ Մինչև վերջին ժամանակներս որևէ օրգան վնասվելու դեպքում այն անհնար էր փոխարինել, և մարդը հաշմանդամ էր դառնում՝ երբեմն ստանալով միայն բավականին անհարմար պրոթեզներ։ Սակայն արդեն այսօր հետազոտողները մարդկային օրգանների պրոթեզավորման հարցում զգալի հաջողությունների են հասել։

Novate.ru-ն հավաքել է գիտական վերջին մշակումների տասնյակը, որոնցով մոտ ապագայում հնարավոր կլինի փոխարինել մարմնի վնասված մասերը։

1. Գերզգայուն էլեկտրոնային մաշկ

Ստենֆորդի գիտնականները մշակել են գերճկուն, գերամուր և գերզգայուն նյութ, որը կարող է հիմք դառնալ ապագա սինթետիկ մաշկի համար։ Այս նյութը պարունակում է օրգանական տրանզիստորներ և էլաստիկ նյութի շերտ, որը թույլ է տալիս նրան ձգվել՝ առանց վնասվելու։

2. Բաբախող սիրտ

Գիտնականներին վերջերս հաջողվել է Պետրիի գավաթում աճեցնել արհեստական սիրտ, որը կարող է ինքնուրույն բաբախել։ Այն դեռ շատ թույլ է արյուն մղելու համար, բայց նման հյուսվածքը մեծ պոտենցիալ ունի։

3. Հպումներ զգացող ձեռքերի պրոթեզներ

Չիկագոյի համալսարանի գիտնականները ստեղծել են ձեռքեր, որոնք ուղեղին էլեկտրական ազդակներ են ուղարկում, իսկ մինչ այս եղած ձեռքերի պրոթեզները կարողանում էին միայն ինչ-որ բան բռնել, բայց զգալ՝ ոչ։

4. Մտքով կառավարվող բիոնիկ ոտքեր

Անցյալ տարի Սիեթլի բնակիչ Զաք Ուոթերը ստացել է աշխարհում առաջին վերջույթները, որոնք կառավարվում են մտքով՝ այն բանի շնորհիվ, որ ազդակներ են ստանում անմիջապես ուղեղից։

5. Մարդկային փոքրիկ ուղեղ

Արհեստական ուղեղի ստեղծումը կարող է անհեթեթ թվալ, սակայն գիտնականներին ոչինչ չի կանգնեցնում։ Նրանք լաբորատորիայում ցողունային բջիջներից աճեցրել են իսկական մարդկային ուղեղ, որը, ճիշտ է, դեռ մտածելու ունակ չէ։

6. 3D տպիչով տպված ականջներ

Այս տարի հետազոտողները հորինել են նոր մեթոդ, որը թույլ է տալիս կենդանի բջիջներից աճեցնել իսկական ճկուն ականջներ։ Այդ բջիջները վերցնում են առնետներից և կովերից, դրանցից ստացվում է գել, որից մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում 3D տպիչով պատրաստում են արհեստական ականջ։

7. Հիվանդությունը հոտով զգացող քիթ

Իլինոյսի համալսարանի հետազոտողները որոշել են ստեղծել մի սարք, որը ճանաչում է քիմիական նյութերի հոտերը։ Նրանք ստեղծել են արհեստական քիթ, որն օգտագործում է բակտերիաների հոտերը, որպեսզի ախտորոշի հատուկ հիվանդություններ։

8. Արհեստական ենթաստամոքսային գեղձ

Ենթաստամոքսային գեղձն արտադրում է ինսուլին հորմոնը, որի բացակայության դեպքում այն պետք է արհեստականորեն ներարկել մարդուն։ Արհեստական ենթաստամոքսային գեղձը մարդու օրգանիզմ ինսուլին է մտցնում ավտոմատ կերպով և կարգավորում է արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը։

9. Արհեստական աչքեր

Արհեստական աչք ստեղծելու համար նախ և առաջ պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչպես է աչքի ցանցաթաղանթը ֆոտոռեցեպտորներից ազդակներ ուղարկում ուղեղ։ Weill Cornell Medical College-ի գիտնականները կարողացել են հասկանալ դա՝ ստեղծելով արհեստական ցանցաթաղանթ, որը փորձարկել են առայժմ մկների և կապիկների վրա։

10. Տեղեկության գիգաբայթերով մատներ

Երբ 2008 թ. ֆին ծրագրավորող Ջերի Ջալավան վթարի հետևանքով կորցրեց մատը, նա ստեղծեց մատի պրոթեզ, որի վրա կարելի է ձայնագրել երկու գիգաբայթ ինֆորմացիա։ Առաջիկայում նա ցանկանում է մեծացնել հիշողության չափը և արդիականացնել իր հայտնագործությունը։
