Քրեական աշխարհում հայտնի Վստրեչի Ապերի ազատ արձակման վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական տեղեկություններ դեռևս չկան: «Փաստինֆո»-ի թղթակցի հարցին ի պատասխան ՀՔԾ մամլո խոսնակ Մարինա Օհանջանյանը հայտնեց, որ Արամ Վարդանյանի արտահանձման գործընթացն ընթացքի մեջ է: Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Վստրեչի Ապերը՝ նույն ինքը Արամ Վարդանյանն անձի առևանգումը կազմակերպելու գործի շրջանակներում մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ ուներ և հետախուզման մեջ էր: Հուլիսի 30-ին Ոստիկանությունը պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությամբ տեղեկացրել էր, որ Միացյալ Արաբական Էմիրությունների Ինտերպոլի ԱԿԲ-ից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Ինտերպոլի ԱԿԲ տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ նույն օրը Դուբայի օդանավակայանում հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով միջազգային մակարդակով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող, 1971 թ.

Վ.-ն սպանության սպառնալիքի ներքո նրանից պահանջել է լքել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքը: Նույն օրը՝ 17.07.2017թ.-ին, Գ.

Հ.-ն մեկնել է ՀՀ-ից և վերադարձել 2018թ.

ապրիլ ամսին: Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար 18.06.2018թ.-ին Ա.

Վ.-ն քրեական գործով ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով: Նույն օրը նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում:
