Կառավարության նիստում երեկ տեղի ունեցած մի միջադեպ կարող էր ուղղակի լռության մատնվել, եթե իր մեջ խորքային շերտեր չպարունակեր: Արտաքուստ աշխատանքային խոսքուզրույց էր, դեմոկրատական կառավարությանը բնորոշ. առողջապահության նախարարը մի հարցի վերաբերյալ դժգոհություն հայտնեց, որ իրենց անտեսել են, վարչապետն էլ զայրացավ նրա վրա: Բայց...

Սկսենք վարչապետի տոնայնությունից: Այն, որ Փաշինյանը հաճախակի է դուրս գալիս ափերից ու հաճախ չի կարողանում զսպել իրեն, նորություն չէ: Դա նորություն չէ հատկապես իր հետ հաճախակի շփումներ ունեցողների համար: Բայց որ կարող է հրապարակային այդ տոնով խոսել նախարարի հետ, մեղմ ասած, զարմանալի է: Կրկնում ենք՝ խոսքը դիտողություն անելու մասին չէ, ղեկավար-ստորադաս առանձին, «տետ ա տետ» շփման մասին չէ, այլ ոճի ու տոնայնության, այն էլ՝ հրապարակային: Քիչ չեն այնպիսիք, որոնք տեղում հրաժարական կտային՝ սոսկ արժանապատվությունից ելնելով: Բայց գուցե պաշտոնը քաղցր բան է:
