Կիրակի օրն Ուկրաինայում վերջնականապես հաղթեց 2014-ի հեղափոխությունը, այլ խոսքով՝ կապիտալիզացվեցին դրա արդյունքները։ Ասվածը գուցե տարօրինակ թվա, որովհետև նախագահական ընտրություններում համոզիչ հաղթանակ տարավ կատակերգու Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին՝ իշխանությունից հեռացնելով Պետրո Պորոշենկոյին, որը նախագահ էր դարձել հենց Մայդանի շնորհիվ։

Սակայն ոչ մի պարադոքս չկա, որովհետև ուկրաինական հեղափոխության նպատակներից մեկն օրինական ընտրությունների ինստիտուտի ներդրումն էր։ Երբ մարդիկ կարողանում են փոխել հինգ տարի առաջ իրենց ձևավորած իշխանությունը, դա հենց հեղափոխության հաղթանակի կամ դեմոկրատիայի անշրջելիության հետևանք է։ Ի վերջո, հեղափոխությունը պետք է նույնանա ոչ թե կոնկրետ թիմի կամ մարդու, այլ՝ արժեքների, գաղափարների հետ։

Պետրո Պորոշենկոն գեղեցիկ ձևով ընդունեց իր պարտությունը՝ ապացուցելով, որ հեղափոխության իդեալներն իր համար ավելի կարևոր են, քան՝ իշխանության պահպանումը։

Շատերի կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանում հեղափոխության քաղաքական հաղթանակը տեղի է ունեցել անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, երբ «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը համոզիչ հաղթանակ տարավ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում։ Դա հեղափոխության մասին թյուր պատկերացում է, որովհետև, կրկնվեմ, այն չի կարող ասոցացվել կոնկրետ թիմի հետ։ Դեկտեմբերի 9-ը հաղթանակ էր, որովհետև խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն իրապես օրինական էին, ինչն արձանագրվեց նաև միջազգային դիտորդների բազմաթիվ զեկույցներում։

Սակայն մեկ ընտրությունը, նույնիսկ՝ իդեալական, չի կարող ժողովրդավարության անշրջելիության դրսևորում լինել։ Հետհեղափոխական առաջին ընտրությունները, որպես կանոն, արդար ու օրինական են լինում բոլոր երկրներում, որովհետև փողոցում հաղթանակ ապահոված հարթակն ունի հասարակական վստահության մեծ ռեսուրս և ընտրությունները կեղծելու անհրաժեշտություն չունի։ Հեղափոխության վերջնական հաղթանակի մասին կարելի է խոսել, մեծ հաշվով, այն ժամանակ, երբ այն իրականացրած թիմը քաջություն կունենա հաջորդ ընտրություններում զիջել իշխանությունը։ Այնպես, ինչպես դա կիրակի օրը տեղի ունեցավ Ուկրաինայում, երբ էքզիթ-փոլի արդյունքների հրապարակումից րոպեներ անց Պետրո Պորոշենկոն արժանապատվորեն ընդունեց իր պարտությունը։

Ուկրաինական ընտրությունները Հայաստանի համար ուսանելի են այլ առումով ևս։ Ուկրաինական հեղափոխությունից ընդամենը հինգ տարի անց ընտրությունների միջոցով հաղթանակ տարավ պոպուլիստական կարգախոսներով հանդես եկող շոումենը, որն, իր իսկ խոստովանությամբ, նույնիսկ քաղաքական գործիչ չէ ու եկել է կոտրելու համակարգը։ Աղմկոտ ու աննախադեպ բանավեճի ընթացքում Զելենսկին Պորոշենկոյին ասաց, որ ինքը ոչ թե նրա մրցակիցը, այլ դատավճիռն է։ Ուկրաինայի նորընտիր նախագահը միանգամայն ճիշտ էր ու Պորոշենկոյի հեղափոխական թիմի ֆիասկոն սպառնում է բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր այդպես էլ չեն կարողանում հաղթահարել հեղափոխական էյֆորիան ու պետական օրակարգը ձևախեղում են պոպուլիստական կարգախոսներով, իսկ արդյունավետ համակարգի բացակայության վակուումը ժամանակի ընթացքում լցվում է կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներով։ Հուսանք, որ Հայաստանը հինգ տարի անց կկարողանա շրջանցել այս օրինաչափությունը։
