– Պատմեք Ձեր մասին։ Որքա՞ն ժամանակ է, ինչ զբաղվում եք մերսմամբ։
-Պրոֆեսիոնալ մերսում սկսել եմ կատարել 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերից: Դրանից առաջ սիրողական մակարդակում էի` մերսումներ կատարում էի միայն տան անդամներին: Որոշեցի, որ պետք է հմտություններս հասցնեմ պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի:
Պրոֆեսիոնալ մերսում սովորել եմ ուսումնական կենտրոնում՝ իմ սիրելի ուսուցչուհի Աննա Հովսեփյանի մոտ: Նա իր բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմն ու հմտությունը փոխանցել է ինձ, և դրա շնորհիվ է, որ որակավորման վկայական ստանալուց հետո անմիջապես կարողացել եմ հմտորեն և անկաշկանդ հաճախորդներին սպասարկել:
Մերսումը ամենանուրբ արհեստներից է, այն կարելի է անվերջ ուսումնասիրել, անվերջ սովորել ամբողջ կյանքում: Եվ հարցն այստեղ մասնագետի որակավորման աստիճանը չէ, այլ սերը դեպի մերսումը: Ուսումնառությունից հետո մինչ օրս շարունակում եմ ինքնակրթությամբ զարգացնել հմտություններս և ձեռք բերել նոր գիտելիքներ: Իմ գիտելիքներով և փորձով կիսվում եմ կոլեգաներիս հետ և սովորում նրանցից:
Միևնույն ժամանակ հավաքագրում եմ հետաքրքիր նյութեր` մերսման, առողջության և առողջ ապրելակերպի վերաբերյալ, դրանք հրապարակում սոցիալական Ֆեյսբուք և Օդնոկլասնիկի սոցիալական ցանցերում, իմ կողմից ստեղծված «Մերսման ուժը» խմբերում` լայն շրջանակներին հասանելի դարձնելով իրենց ինքնազգացողություններն ինքնուրույն բարձրացնելու ու առողջ ապրելակերպ վարելու համար: Իսկ սկսնակ և փորձառու մասնագետների համար տեղադրում եմ հետաքրքիր և ուսումնական նյութեր` մերսման վերաբերյալ:
