Նիհարել է 60 կգ և ցանկանում է դառնալ անձնական մարզիչ

Մոտ 20 ամիս առաջ 22-ամյա Մեթյու Գորին կշռում էր 155 կգ: Նա պատմել է, որ շատ ընկճված է եղել, իր առողջությունը սարսափելի վիճակում է եղել: Այժմ նա կորցրել է իրեն այդքան անհանգստացնող ավելորդ քաշը և ցանկանում է դառնալ անձնական մարզիչ,-տեղեկացնում է Past.am-ը: Մեթյուն պատմել է, թե ինչպես է դա արել.
«Ես սկսել եմ 2014թ. ապրիլին: Ես չափազանց գեր էի և շատ ընկճված: Կշռում էի 155 կգ և շրջապատում ամենագրավիչը չէի, բնականաբար: Չէի կարողանում գտնել հագուստ, որը լիներ իմ չափսի: Ես սրտի կաթված կարող էի ստանալ, ունեի խոլեստերինի բարձր աստիճան և լյարդս գտնվում էր վատ վիճակում: Ես շաքարախտով հիվանդանալու սահմանին էի: Ուտում էի չափազանց շատ: Ուրիշ ոչինչ չէի ուզում անել օրվա ընթացքում: Չէի ցանկանում դուրս գալ ընկերներիս հետ: Ես անհանգստանում էի, որ մարդիկ ուշադրությունը կդարձնեն ինձ վրա: Սարսափելի էր, երբ մտնում էիր սովորական հագուստի խանութ և հասկանում, որ չկա ոչինչ քո չափսերով: Ինչ-որ բան պետք է փոխվեր:
Ես սկսեցի ուտել միայն առողջարար ուտելիք: 2014թ. մարտից այս կողմ արագ սննդի ուտելիք չեմ օգտագործել: Այցելեցի մարզասրահ, բայց չգիտեի՝ ինչ անել, միայն կարող էի դանդաղ քայլել: Վարձեցի անձնական մարզիչ և սկսեցինք մեծ թափով աշխատել: Վարժություններից մեկը հետևյալն էր՝ 10 անգամ կքանիստ, վազք բլուրն ի վեր, ապա վար, 9 անգամ կքանիստ, վազք բլուրն ի վեր ու վար և այսպես մինչև 0: Դա իսկապես ցավոտ էր: Ամեն շաբաթ կշռվում էի և ամեն շաբաթ կորցնում 3 կգ: Այսպես ես 60 կգ նիհարեցի 6 ամսում:
Բայց ես մաշկի ավելցուկ ունեմ, դրա համար դեռ շարունակում եմ մարզվել: Այսքան պարապմունքներից հետո չես կարող իդեալական մարմին ունենալ, որովհետև ավելորդ մաշկի շերտը խանգարում է, և դա շատ վատ է: Այդ մաշկը հեռացնելը 30.000 դոլար արժե: Վիրահատությունը չափազանց թանկ է ինձ համար: Եվ ես փորձում եմ բնական միջոցներով ազատվել դրանից: Շաբաթվա ընթացքում ուժային ու վիճակը բարելավող վարժություններ եմ անում 3-4 անգամ և մի անգամ սրտանոթային վարժություն: Ուտում եմ միայն առողջարար ուտելիք, հաճախ ինքս եմ պատրաստում:
Այժմ ես կարող եմ գնալ խանութ և գնել իմ հավանած հագուստը՝ վստահ լինելով, որ իմ չափսը կունենան, ավելի ինքնավստահ եմ, որովհետև ամաչում էի գիրությունից: Այժմ ես սովորում եմ ֆիթնես և ցանկանում եմ օգնել ինձ նմաններին: Ցանկությունս է դառնալ անձնական մարզիչ և օգնել ուրիշներին: Ես համակարգչիս էկրանին եմ տեղադրել իմ առաջընթացը փաստող նկարը, և այն ամեն անգամ ինձ հիշեցնում է, որ ես երբեք չպետք է հետ գնամ այն ժամանակները: Հիշեցնում է՝ ինչ ճնշող էր իմ կյանքը այն ժամանակ և ինչ երջանիկ է այժմ»:
