1. Ուսումնասիրեք օտար լեզու: Դրա շնորհիվ ձեր ներաշխարհը զգալիորեն ընդլայնվի: Բացի դրանից, դուք ձեռք կբերեք ուրիշներին հասկանալու նոր փորձ:
2. Ճանապարհորդության մեկնեք հեռավոր երկիր: Վերադարձեք, երբ կզգաք, որ անցյալը մնացել է անցյալում ու այն վերադարձնելու կարիք չկա:
3. Մոտոցիկլետ վարելու իրավունք ստացեք: Վարձույթով վերցրեք մոտոցիկլետ ու դրանով շրջեք քաղաքում: Այդ դեպքում դուք այլեւս ձեզ թույլ ու անօգնական չեք զգա:
4. Զբաղվեք ինքներդ ձեզանով: Սկսեք մարզասրահ գնալ կամ էլ առավոտյան վազել: Գնահատեք ձեր մարմինը ոչ միայն նրա համար, թե այն ինչ տեսք ունի կողքից, այլ նրա համար, թե ինչ զգացողություններ է այն ձեզ պարգեւում։
5. Ձեզ հետ վերցրեք ձեր ընկերոջը կամ ընկերուհուն ու միասին գնացեք մի տեղ, ուր վաղուց էիք ուզում գնալ, բայց երբեք ժամանակ չէիք գտնում:
6. Սովորեք երաժշտական գործիք նվագել: Պարապմունքներին նվիրեք օրական մեկ ժամ: Ինչքան շատ փորձեք, այդքան ավելի հազվադեպ ձեզ կայցելեն տագնապի ու մտահոգության նոպաները: Երաժշտությունը ստիպում է, որ մենք մեզ ոգեշնչված զգանք:
7. Զբաղվեք կամավորականությամբ: Եթե դուք հոգնել եք սեփական գլխում բարձրացած փոթորկից, սկսեք ինքներդ ձեզ ու ձեր ժամանակը նվիրել անծանոթ մարդկանց: Հասկացեք, որ ձեր տան սահմաններից այն կողմ մի ամբողջ Տիեզերք կա: Ու նա ձեր օգնության կարիքն ունի:
8. Փորձեք որեւէ հիրավի էքստրեմալ մի բան՝ սուզվել ջրասուզակի մարզազգեստով, թռեք պարապլանով, կամ էլ բարձր սարի գագաթ մագլցեք: Արեք մի բան, որը կստիպի, որ ձեզ համարձակ զգաք:
9. Ձեր առաջ նպատակ դրեք դառնալ ֆինանսապես անկախ, եթե դեռ այդպիսին չեք: Գտեք ավելի բարձր վճարվող աշխատանք: Իհարկե երջանկությունը փողով ձեռք չես բերի, բայց հանգստություն ու ինքնավստահություն՝ միանշանակ կարող ես ձեռք բերել:
