Ինչպիսի՞ն պետք է լինի կեցվածքը
 
1. Սկզբում նայեք ձեզ կողքից: Կանգնեք դեմքով հայլուն, այնուհետև պտտվեք կողքի և նայեք ձեր ուսերի դիրքը: 
 
2. Եթե ձեր ուսերը առաջ եկած են, իսկ գլուխը կախ ընկած, ապա պատկերացրեք, որ առաստաղից մի թել է կախված, որը ձեր գլուխը դեպի վեր է ձգում: 
 
3. Բարձրացրեք կրծքավանդակը, այնուհետև փորի մկանները մի փոքր լարեք, իսկ ուսերը պահեք բացված և թույլ վիճակում: 
 
4. Կեցվածքի ճիշտ դիրքը կարելի է ստուգել հետևյալ կերպ: Հենվեք պատին այնպես, որ ձեր կրունկները 7 սանտիմետրով հեռու լինեն պատից:
Ճիշտ կեցվածքի դեպքում դուք հեշտությամբ ձեր ձեռքերը հետ կտանեք գոտկատեղի հատվածում: 
 
Ինչպես պահպանել կեցվածքը
 
1. Բարձրացրեք ոտքը: Ողնաշարի խնդիր հաճախակի են ունենում այն մարդիկի, ովքեր շատ են ոտքի վրա կանգնած մնում: Աշխատեք ժամանակ առ ժամանակ ձեր ոտքը դնել, ինչ որ բարձր տեղ: 
 
2. Նստեք հնարավորին չափով հարմարավետ: 
 
3. Շատ շարժվեք: Նույնիսկ, եթե ձեր աշխատանքը նստակյաց է, ժամանակ առ ժամաանակ պետք է վեր կենալ և մարմնամարզություն անել, ձգվել: Դա կօգնի խուսափել մեջքի ցավերից: 
 
4. Ճիշտ քուն: Փորի վրա հաճախակի քնելը կարող է առաջացնել ողնաշարի թեքում: Լավագույնը ողնաշարի համար  կողքի վրա քնելն է: Միաժամանակ պետք է մի բարձը դնել ծնկների մեջտեղում իսկ մյուսը գլխի տակ:
